puh... sunshine love was one of my favorites, but MrDots starts to ruin the whole game with each update more and more... And its yet again the same thing with DmD, you can see that they dont have a plan to go about the game on long term.

Melody was obviously an exception. The overall plan from start to end worked perfectly there. And each and every character and ending made complete sense.

Sunshine love is starting to get a real mess. The whole victoria and sis mess doesnt make any sense at all. And to make a kinda "hotfix" to avoid the NTR hate (that was obvious that it will come) we will get a choice here... which doesnt make sense either, so if sis rejects Vic, Vic breaks up with MC... of course... what?

Fuck this... you should go about it just like in Melody... screw around, get caught, you are done... if people cant deal with it, so be it, but its the only way that makes sense. OR write those characters in a way they like sharing in the first place... but its not done so here. Nearly every single girl wants a faithful lover (especially victoria, not so much sis, she hinted you can fuck around), and doesnt make a secret out of this. You cant come up with something like this shit only cause you pissed off players. And than add a option that is halfdone to avoid those things afterwards... it does not work like that, the personalties in sunshine love is a weakspot of the game already, but like this... its completly gone, like this you could easily just make a choice at the start of the game and ask the player "hey do you want that everyone bangs everyone, or do you want faithful routes only?" and you dont have to bother with personalties anymore... its obvious that since making the game Melody MrDots doesnt have a clue anymore how to make personalities in characters and stick with them... to me its obvious that the writers of Melody are not the same in DmD and sunshine love...

MrDots already give control about nearly every character in DmD along the road, and scratched every personalitiy out of it, choices and character development didnt mean anything anymore, that was really bad development the longer the game went... and now its the same all over again with sunshine love. Just everything to avoid "consequences" Then dont start the game like you started it...

In Melody it was clear... if you cheat on her, (or cheat on every other girl) you are fucked... only exception, if you were open about it in the first place that you like sophia too and Melody has something going on with her, you get a threesome alonng the road, but not really a full on "love route" The players get a chance to avoid the lesbian thing in the first place BEFORE anything happened between MC and sophia. Thats a legit way to go about this... BEFORE something happened. Not after.... if things already happened, you need to set consequences. If you dont want consequences, dont go down those paths.

People that hate NTR aren't going to be satisfied with a skip button, they don't want it to happen at all. I've played a few games that have "throuple" relationships and the good ones always have the MC either encouraging it or them already being together before the MC came along and him joining their relationship. Having the girls fuck behind the MC's back is a shitty way to set it up.

Imo, I feel that shouldn't be the focus anyway, since those will never be happy, I am talking about salvaging characters for the rest of us. Like this Vicky isn't a selfish hypocritical asshole and the sister bipolar in 100% of scenarios, just depended on how much effort you put into those relationships.

I already posted earlier about a perfect setup for an escort background, with Riona, MC and players know what she does before pursuing her, they don't wake up in ep7 finding out about it. Can you say the same about the twins? Did you figure it out what they were doing in early episodes when you start their path? Obviously not.

I don't think he is "official" either. The Discord itself isn't even official. The same thing happened during the DMD stuff. He and the other mods/admins basically attack anyone who aren't "right" about whatever drama the developers created.

The other thing is Hypserver does the exact same things towards others he is talking about on Discord. Many of his reviews and posts I've saw are quite negative towards the game/dev. And complaining about pirates while also being a pirate....

4.) All intel we provided, we did on our own will so far, as long as we don't give away too much about future releases.
5.) In the end MrDots seems to be right, that it might be for the better, to just ignore the threads of our games at all.

Went through the rewrite and credit where credit is due,its better.
The Twins twist is still a really questionable decision and leads to a tonal gulf(that is in fact even deeper now)but at least it reads somewhat consistent(for the most part).
I dont buy for a second that this is how it was always planned and people merely misunderstood but thats more a fuckup of their PR machine than anything.

-now a clear timeline of being pimped out by their father,against their will through contract loophole
-completely changes dialogue from empowerment to victimhood angle
-knowingly employ brainwashed girls with the excuse of telling them about the job,seemingly dont understand what brainwashing means or placate themselves with the excuse of telling them what the job entails being enough
-would give up business to save sister but not innocent brainwashed girls
-pre coitus scene rather suddenly inserts a declaration they dont actively participate anymore when prior dialogue makes it sound like they still do,assumedly supposed to indicate that only their stable does the work now but is inserted really poorly,should be placed much earlier in the discussion to not feel so forced and maintain the desired effect(as well as make the whole thing go over easier for people who are interested in the LIs but not fond of the self-prostitution angle)
-post coitus scene is unchanged,still has them saying they dont want to give up the escort service(despite now being forced into it)in a really upbeat manner,clashes with the victimhood narrative resulting in it not really lining up,needs a touch up(also kill dumbass MC´s pimping line,that joke is completely out of place considering the changed angle)

We will see how the future goes.
Overall the whole scene still could use some more polishing and Im not quite sure how one would redeem the twins from the knowing employment of brainwashed young girls.
Victimhood sympathy points only really hold till the person in question becomes a perpetrator themselves.


Sis/Vicky
Pretty decent rewrite all things considered,putting the relationship talk in the forefront was the most workable solution.
Bisexuality and attraction still rather comes out of left field,especially for Sis and should have been hinted at starting far earlier in the narrative but overall its fine,circumvented the cheating angle well enough.

As mentioned above, we have added an option where you can “Accept” or “Reject” Victoria’s advances when she is sitting on her sofa with Sis in her home.

Choosing to “Reject” her advances will eventually close the Vicky path, but not until later in Week 11.

so practically the player decides if they cheat on the mc or not and if any player is not interested in lesbian they lose the threesome and even close the path with a LI... hilarious another dev who thinks that for a threesome the LI should be bisexual and forces the player with X content to get X content.

You realise you overstate your importance and we don't need your "intel" right ? That we can still get it and that if you prefer to not interact with an almost 6 millions+ userbase that is simply not an echo chamber like your discord that's your loss not ours, especially since "our feedbacks and voices are meaningless to MrDot or the staff".

Do you have any evidence to prove that it's always the same ppl complaining over and over and that they're not moving on? Because otherwise, you're just making assumptions. You also make it sound like it's a lot of ppl, so maybe provide a list if that's the case. If it's just a few ppl complaining, then I don't know why you'd bother complaining about the repeat complainers... just add them to ignore list and move on. It's what that feature is for. Complaining about complainers only adds fuel to the fire and derails the topic.
