This is not real life, this is a f*cking videogame. There are big differences. In real life, usually siblings or even step-siblings don't hit on each others, for example. Rules of real life doesn't apply in videogames. Videogames are fantasy: you play to win Formula 1 world championship, kill a thousand of nazis and be the hero of your platoon, or save the galaxy from the Reapers, and that makes you feel somehow good, even if it's not real. You are not going to do any of that in real life.
I agree. And I want to add, if either Vic or the sis would've been a dude, nobody would've tried to defend the game, everybody would've said it's a type certain content. But because they're both females, it's magically okay, that they hook up, because "lesbian sex is hot and every guy out on the planet agrees to that". Now I suprise some people out there: not everybody likes lesbian content and some fetishes apply regardless of the gender. So forcing this lesbian content on the players invoke the same feelings, that the same scene would invoke if you switch the gender of one of the two. And them plotting behind the back of the MC is also dumb. I get, they're are jealous, but they knew from the beginning, that they're not the only one, that there is at least Nicole. It's only natural that people start to call you out, if you come with these "plot twists" close to the end, just because of drama or whatever.

Imo, I feel that shouldn't be the focus anyway, since those will never be happy, I am talking about salvaging characters for the rest of us.
