Ummm, I can run it just fine, both using JP Locale and emulator.
The thing is, this is common issue whenever I play wolf rpg (non-official), some gibberish like "@/$ ?" etc persist.

Also, line breaking right after "cinematic" intro, the text on top right when explaining somethings like "press key, shortcut" etc.
Sorry, I couldn't screenshot it, too tired atm and too lazy to do intro again.

Its a wolfrpg game so extract it in japanese SYSTEM locale and leave the system locale in japanese.



For reference if u started a new game this is what u should see. IF you dont see it like this u will have many problems when playign the game.

Okay, I'll play it on my pc, was trying this game from family pc (I forgot that I haven't set it).

I'am really tired and not quite sober yet hours ago.
Yes, with my pc now it works 100% and no broken parts (still at early stage), also my issue with other wolf rpg seems solved. I guess I haven't update/patch the game properly for other wolf rpg games.

"Archive Tips" means going from Tactics -> Archive -> Tips.
Also, Tactics sometime mentioned as "Plan" too.

Basically, only Archive message popping on top right? If that so, it's a trivial matter. I can just go into Archive.
But if it's anything else that's not going to Archive, how do I know the content if only half of it appearing?

Run GameUpdate.bat and it returned this. Couldn't do anything about it, couldn't find the repo.zip neither.
Manually download the update from GitHub and Paste > Replace did the update though. Haven't start the game yet but seems promising as it added the patch2.bat that was created then deleted when the GameUpdate couldn't run.
I'm just curious if this is because I keep my Windows Defender on, repo.zip missing on or it's because of something else.

This might be related to your folder name or Administrative permissions. If you have weird symbols like [ in the file path, it can cause errors when running a .bat file, since PowerShell needs you to add a prefix to weird symbols.

As for the other issue, I don't know. But O&M's and dazedanon should be the judge.
Ever since encountering "LoadGraphic error". I've DLed the game twice (almost thrice) and re-extracting many times to find solution with JP name encoding, including the patch.
It kinda solved(?).

Anybody know how to open the sluice gate in Orbel's side to go to Grimklin? I've talked to literally every person in Orbel including the King and the prime minister but I can't get the permission to open it so now I'm at a loss.

Edit: Nevermind, turns out I need to enter the portal to trigger an event which will only happen if the bridge at Danan's side is raised up.

I figured it out, thanks for replying anyway. In the end I went through the portal in Orbel to Grimklin and the Prince showed up when I went to go back. I assume that was the portal and event Rhiner was talking about.

........still can't progress, I must've missed something.
Chapter 5, after D Lab incident, basically right after the 2nd Hideout meeting.


Town development stuck at stage 2, can't find anyone else to do contract. (I've travel everywhere to map everything)
In Pilgrim's Lodge, the priest said to get a proof of faith to use the portal, which then he said I'm not ready yet and accompanied by sound effect that like "access denied".

The only npc I know that will certainly give items to sell for the shop is Danan researcher (Encyclopedia), on the East wing Castle. But I can't find Machine race called "Prototype" anywhere I've mapped.
How to unlock Grimklin and raise Orbel side of bridge?

Just started the game and i have a question (i'm at the VERY beginning of the game) where i picked up doggo and was warned about bees and not to go to where the bees are. My doggo has 1 hp left after getting rushed by like 5 bees. How do i recover doggos health? I have 1 medicinal herb, but i dont want to use it if i dont have to. Is there a way to recover doggo's health some other way?

Next question: Am i required to go through the forest full of bees to continue the game? or is there someone in town i have to talk to? Until i can find a way to recover doggos health, i cant proceed through that forest, and i dont know what else or where else to go. I found that hidden basement with a cracked wall which possibly leads to the well.

You can't fight, only allies can. Heal the doggo if you have to, need to go deeper into the forest to progress.
Don't encounter too much bees if possible, as it won't gain you anything.
