I feel like our weakness to electricity is weird, someone else was talking about it earlier in the thread and it just doesn't make sense does any other superhuman have a SPECIFIC weakness, sure some are more squishy than the physical tanks but none of them have simple thing any human could use that just insta kills them. there has to be a reason why the mc chosen one dual traits arbiter connected messiah who has the potential to become all powerful can just get one tapped by some dipshit with a tazer

MC Mom died when the MC was 12 to 13. Ella is 3 years older than the MC and already had her powers by then. It's not really surprising that she knows the MC's parents, if she was stalking him since before he ran away after said event.

Yeah, I'm not exactly seeing what that's supposed to be hinting at personally. In reference to Ella knowing his parents. We already know she's a stalker and she was like 15 to 16 at the time the MC got in his accident and Syla "died". She already had her powers. We also know she was going around looking for candidates and such so her knowing MC's parents isn't really anything special. I just had a random thought: What if Ella died because she knew about MC's dual trait? Other times she found out it ended bad for the MC. So, from a narrative standpoint an easy way of just keeping her "motives" consistent is by having her killed off. Idk if this matches the chronological order of events, but didn't she discover it around the time HERO snatched the MC and his friends? From this moment forward it wouldn't be as simple as just showing up and taking him away like before. Anyway, enough nonsensical rambling from my stupid ass who forgot I had an appointment with a doctor today and now I have to wait 2 months to have another one

Because she was stalking him previously? Like I said, Ella had her power a year or 2 before the MC's mom died. If you look at the timeline, it's not weird that she scoped him out and then later met him at the camp. I'm not seeing what's the big reveal here personally.
MC said his mom died a year ago or months ago when he met Deryl for the first time. That means he was around 12 to 13 when it happened, in terms of age range. Ella got her powers at 14 and she's 3 years older than the MC. So she was around 15 to 16 when that happened to the MC. We know Ella stalked Emily before encountering her at High School when she was a freshman(14 to 15). Emily is the same age as MC so we know Ella during her teen years was looking for other candidates to be infected. It's not surprising that she knows of the MC's parents.
So with that out there, what's the problem here? Unless I'm just not getting your point, there's nothing contradictory about her knowing of the MC and then later meeting him for the first time in person.

To make the timeline even clearer.
Deryl and MC fight after Amber breaks up with him at 14 years old. This is stated in the game. During that conversation about their mom's death, MC said he doesn't know and it happened nearly a year ago. That means he was 13 or 12 going on 13.
During this time, Ella, being 3 years older than him, is around 16 and is in High School already. She became a superhuman when she was 14.
The order:
- Ella(14) parents die and she becomes Superhuman. MC is 11. Syla is still alive.
1 to 2 years later -
- MC(12-13) gets his scars and his mother is dead. Ella is 15 to 16 here.
Somewhere in between(Weeks or Months) -
- MC(13) leaves home and goes to a camp that Ella(16) is part of.
Weeks after -
- MC(13) transfered to the same Middle School as Deryl, Amber and Liz.
Around a year later after Syla's Death(months after Orphanage camp and entering the new Middle School) -
MC(14) fights Deryl(14) after Amber breaks up with him. There, they talk about their mothers death, which MC states happens around a year ago. Meanwhile, Ella is already in High School and around 17.
This should be the appropriate timeline of the events. Might have some errors since I'm going completely off of memory but I'm pretty sure this is the correct order of events. We know Ella was out there being sus after she became a superhuman. So it's not unreasonable to think she was stalking MC before his mother died and then met him personally at the camp weeks later after the event. She was already a superhuman at that point too.
