Pretty much, Jake ruined the Authority trait and turned it lesser because of his mind set. He's not as strong as he could've been because of his low self esteem and insecurity issues. It's not exactly clear if this change is reversible or not, but pretty much Jake won't actually be as strong in the higher evolutions, if he can't fix it. He likely won't be able to do the things a 1st Spawn should be able to do.

Like Aglaecwif said. A weak mind can ruin the greatest of potential or something like that.

Chosen you mean the ones like Indra, Glae and Valravn? or you mean Apostles Spawn? 'cause we know Glae is the OG chosen of the 10th (GILF/MILF), with Indra being almost as old. While some of them (1th, 5th, 8th, 11th) we know nothing about.
If you're talking about spawns, them Memory and Power would be my guess. Power has insane conditions to even appear in the material world, while mommy is picky as fuck.

Dark too I say that's pretty rare, we haven't even see anyone apart from Valravn that had inherited the Dark powers. At the most there were some that had some of it but very little.

Light too is rare, especially because apparently it's "dead" as in he can't connect to the material world for now

Well, depends what you consider to be control. Authority is control over people, so Jake can't just control the world as he pleases. Order, meanwhile, being the fusion of authority and power, is said to "write the laws that govern the universe", so that would be closer to complete control of everything.

In reality, every apostle's power controls a certain aspect of the world. Authority controls wills, power controls, well, power/energy, body controls the physical, etc.

Only Tiff is an Apostle Spawn, for what we can assume at least. Clark is definitively not one. Even if he was there were just two people among so many others

Isn't Minyak part darkness? So Kenny technically? Nyx's powers also seem to fit well with darkness.

I'm sure you'd find Darkness superhumans if you searched well enough, but it is true that they have quite minor roles compared to the rest of the cast.

Btw, I got why you used Clark but I feel like he's kind of Power/Light and maybe something else. In my original post I said how I was purposefully excluding people who most likely have a percentage, be it small or large, of something.

I'm sure you'd find Darkness superhumans if you searched well enough, but it is true that they have quite minor roles compared to the rest of the cast.

It's less about the amount of monster with some traits of it, but monster that are directly connected to it. Ex., Minyak has some Dark in it, but it's mainly composed of Body and Authority. As such, its power works more like Authority (controlling biological beings with its oil) and Body (shaping and regenerating itself).

We're talking more about it using the Trait directly. Like, Valravn can teleport through shadows, nullify powers with its miasma, shoot dark matter. Nyx is almost confirmed to have Dark in her (and maybe some Memory). She just needs more showings to confirm it.

I thought that too, but nowadays I'm thinking he might have Truth in him (because of the Banshee profile). But yeah, this fucker is just too much of an unknown.

Then he fucked up by panicking.
Then he fucked up by using his power on mia
Then he fucked up by botching his use of powers mia due to his panic.
Then he evolved while using his powers on mia
Then he fucked up by losing control over his evolution like a chump.

There is no possible universe in which you can forsee such a chain of fuckups without explicitly having future sight super power.

Also, "I will heal her if you do X" is not hostage.
You are not just magically entitled to someone coming over and healing you.
This is why we pay doctors.
