I think people get too hung up on this and focus too much on the literal mechanical aspect of how powers work and forget that the powers work predominantly based on theme, to the point that we are even having this discussion on whether they would need to expend energy on something so mundane and normal.
I would like to think that we can simply use common sense and that the issue with detached material is relevant to the MC's ability to create things outside of his body, it exists to explain why he doesn't mass produce copies of himself or casually produce items, it exists to keep the MC's powers in check. That Weird shouldn't be required to tell us that he needs to waste any effort at all with a sperm cell, because that's normal and the thematic power of the body should know the difference, that the Body aspect of all powers, is not going to actively hinder pregnancy. Destruction maybe, but not the Body.

95% its just the end of part 1 and he will continue after either his next game or soon after. One of the biggest reasons for him to have what can considered a complete game, is so that he can put it on Steam with the possibility of heavily boosting awareness of the game.
If he where to end it at one, long lists have been made about all the unresolved plot threads and the last update alone did things that made little sense for a story about to end, introducing new characters to the organisation and most of all making a big deal about the MC joining a Hero team, something that is meaningless if the story doesn't continue.

What's the best way to put these into the game? I want to put animated sections, whether they be looping, or just key frames into the story to complement the images based on the original artwork.

The doctor said the MC will only get the evolution serum when he is level 4 so I assume that he will evolve to level 4 and then get an injection from the doctor to evolve to 5 assuming the facility still holds by the time the MC evolved to level 4...
Wait, what? Does WW really wants to put superhuman on steam? I mean, i dont follow his streams, so idk. Also, does he wants to put part one that would be complete, or part 2 somewhere in future?
Cause if he wants to put part 1, then i'm pretty sure he would have to cut some content, like 1 necrophilia scene and more. But i'm not sure, might have to check steam guide or recruirements on that (which i never had any reason to do so, being just a player).

I don't know all the censorship to be on steam, especially as it changed recently, but it's a real pain in the ass and arbitrary in a lot of cases. Though he already censored something in the second to last update between beta and out-of-beta versions: the monster who can fuck and impregnate MC in his female form is now a centaur instead of a full-on beast. Maybe it was only for patreon and not steam but heh.

Yeah that was bullshit. When I first saw that scene I thought how hardcore it was, the og design of that horse looked straight out of Berserk or some shit.
Then it got changed to a hot six pack centaur guy. Meh.
If you look at the Visual Novels Steam bans you will realize WW would have to butcher this game like a carcass for it to pass and stay on that God forsaken platform.
There is an evening news in early game about p**sy flowers which sound interesting. Is there an interaction with it in the game? It can be very good if there is.

Well, it could happen, but I think it's unlikely, lv 5 is suposed to be an extremely exclusive club, accesible only to those who completed complicated requirements (until Xanthe started forging invitations), moreover, Aos said something like the MC would truly understand how fucked up his situation is once he reaches said level, so it could be reserved for later. Also note that a lv4 MC could be very well be on par with the newer lv5s, especially with the Eye now active, so there could be no need for him to evolve in the short term. So far our protagonist has evolved from human to lv 3 (soon to be 4), the next part could start from lv4 and have him acquire alternative ways to increase his Power (as Nico has hinted at), like Deryl's "Philosopher's Pebble", Ella's eyes or the DW sword that we haven't heard from for a while, then reach lv5 (preferably through natural ways, Xanthe's serum if failed decisions and/or checks, and finally that "different" stage that he is supposed to get to (like that statue in the sky city, idk if he would skip lv5 to this one).
(Then again, he could die and be reborn with the help of Nyx's mark, though this might be just a trial.)

IIRC, he's just gonna use v1.0 as an excuse to use a more normalized update versioning scheme. The whole reason we have v1.0 in the first place is because he didn't realize that there was a difference between version 0.1 and 0.10.
This is actually a good shout. For the sake of what the story is building up with the Eye and MC's potential I don't see him NOT getting a natural level 5 evolution. Xanthe would absolutely use the serum if level 4 MC keeps impressing, so it would make sense that they're gonna lose HQ and the serum as a result of this conflict.
I mostly just wanna know what MC's level 5 requirement checklist is though. If you're doing well on your choices he can be on an absolutely massive winstreak that starts with one of the most deadly Chosen (severely weakened, but even Xanthe is aware of how huge that accomplishment was). That's gotta be a damn good start.
