Fairhey, don't lump every ntr enjoyer with this guy.
i mean, i'm a fan, but from a 'i want to see her get fucked' perspective.
it's porn, after all. unless it's porn i made, you're never the guy, you're always the guy watching.

You wont miss anything. The only missable thing is if you do the deryl/cheerleader events later on, you wont be able to go to a party as a chick which imo isnt that much of a miss lol. But if you want it, just always train first, go with the derly/cheerleader options second and everything else afterwards.Just got into this game for the first time (what a time to get started given that it's apparently in version 0.99) and had a couple of basic "gameplay" questions.
Obviously the game plays out through 2-3 time slots per day (I'm on like day 5 right now) but I'm wondering, are they all mutually exclusive slots?! Like, if you choose to meet Daryl on Day 1 that's a totally unique encounter? Or is it more of a Persona-esque system where there's a set number of "Daryl encounters" and you will always play them out in order?
If the system is the former, that seems like a pretty overwhelming variety of choice, so I'm assuming its more like the latter? Assuming it IS more of the latter, is it possible to experience all of the different routes in one playthrough? Or if I pick "training" options early, am I sacrificing being able to see all the side character stuff?

WE'RE NEARLY THERE
Honestly, I had a feeling I remembered that from somewhere, but I couldn't quite place the where.Something that Ella mentioned once, when talking about "gods" other than the Apostles.
It'll probably be some new level 4 characters. With the exception of Deryl, everyone the MC knows personally in H.E.R.O. is either too weak or too potentially dead to be on a lieutenant-level team. Like, Jake would be great to have with us, but him being on the same team would require too many variant scenes. Or Claudia, who says that her powers are great for support, but she's still level 2. So yeah, I'm expecting it'll just be Deryl, if any of the MC's friends is on his team, and then the other three members of the team will be new characters. So, who do yall think will be in Henri's team?
I'm not sure if that will even happen depending on what happens to the MC in the next updates, but right now I'm thinking:
- Henri
- MC
- Deryl
- Liz/Amber
- Tiffany
Deryl is obvious here, with him being the strongest active level 3 in HERO alongside the MC. That plus his synergy with both MC and Liz/Amber makes him a pretty easy choice for a member. But, as it has been said multiple times by him in this update, he will probably spend a long time rebuilding things for Xanthe, so I imagine he would be most useful to HERO behind the scenes. Still, Deus, Halona and Nico are pretty vital to HERO's operations, and they are still working on the field, so there's that.
The twins are mostly here due to their proven synergy and experience with both MC and Deryl, but I'm still uncertain about them since they are still technically level 1/2. Even with broken powers I don't think it would be enough for HERO standards. But they do have experience dealing with A-Rank monsters already, and the Gigante victory was only possible due to their powers, so maybe Henri himself will recognize that and recruit them.
Tiffany is very uncertain as of yet. Unlike the twins, her powers don't seem to be exceptionally overpowered/special so far. That could obviously change when she reaches level 3, but she would still be weak in terms of power, with no means to bypass the difference in power like the twins have. Still, I do think the story is setting her up to be in at least one of the teams in the near future. I mean, you don't get a fucking lightsaber just to guard the base, right? That plus the countless advantages that are being granted to her by Dexter makes it so she can more easily catch up to others in terms of power.
Michael and Alice would be the most obvious choices here of course, but we don't know how willing HERO would be to working with a now monster Alice (I can see Henri wanting to, though), and we also don't know how different Michael will be after his training arc. I suspect he won't be an ally by then, not to HERO at least.
There is always the possibility of WW adding yet unseen level 4 characters to the team as well, which is probably the most likely outcome as things stand. If that happens, they would take the place of Tiffany and the twins here.
Doubt that. Basicly in this update we get +\- framework for lieutenant power lvlSo, who do yall think will be in Henri's team?

You basically just pick the order of scenes; you'll have more than enough time to do all of them eventually. Don't leave training for last though, or you'll fail the stat checks during MQ.
From what I've seen, it seems like there's only ever two choices for important stuff. So whether you attend certain events as a woman or a man, whether you go high or low corruption, whether you prioritise power or skill, etc.
Basically, if you want to see absolutely everything, you only need two runs so long as you don't accidentally go down the same path you did last time.
There are a couple of missable scenes in the early game, but nothing that significant. There's a little scene where you talk to Deryl about learning to understand your powers, which you have to do in the first couple days or else it's cut because it wouldn't make sense. Why talk to him about that when you've had your powers for a while and understand them well? A bigger potential miss is that the frat party event has an entire alternate path if you decide to go in a female form, you'll need to have joined the cheerleaders early on to do that. But that's not a really major event, do it so you can see it if you want but it won't have significant story difference.
Otherwise, go for training whenever possible. You will need the stats, and it won't cost you anything. Just be aware of three things: Firstly, there is an early game Dead End that can be unlocked by having too high a Power when you fight Ella. If your Power is seven or higher, just choose not to fight her. Or save before you do, because it actually is an interesting scene with implications that are still debated to this day, so it's worth seeing. But it will end the game. Secondly, there's a point around a third of the way into the game where no story events will happen until you choose to go to the mall with your friends. That point is there to catch up on any side-routes you haven't had time for yet because you were grinding stats. Don't make the mistake of going straight to the mall, do everything else first. Thirdly, the aforementioned cheerleading route is actually training events in disguise, you'll get bonus Skill points for it and in the early game those are hard to come by.
Okay, guys, thanks for the fairly comprehensive answers. The long and short of it then is that for the vast majority of situations, the events will play out in the same order for each character/story arc? And it's not that there is a unique event associated with each character on every single time slot? You wont miss anything. The only missable thing is if you do the deryl/cheerleader events later on, you wont be able to go to a party as a chick which imo isnt that much of a miss lol. But if you want it, just always train first, go with the derly/cheerleader options second and everything else afterwards.
Yeah, frequency of H-scenes increases. It's like you said, as the relationships build up they become more common. Especially if the MC is pursuing multiple routes. There's no restriction against doing that, nor any consequences that have happened yet, so it's quite possible to get to a state where the MC is having sex with nearly every single woman in the game. At that point H-scenes become extremely frequent. But even if you were playing the MC as monogamous, they'd still be pretty common. The plot/character/writing is all pretty good (surprisingly good even) but the H-scenes are just infrequent enough that I'm starting to get a little frustrated. However, I'm also intrigued enough that I don't want to completely just give up on it. Is there any chance the frequency of the H-scenes will start to increase at this point (as tends to happen with these "build up your relationship, time slot" games)? Or do I need to readjust my expectations?
Yeah, so because the next update is going to be really story heavy and a lot of progression because of how the update ended. He is going to incorporate the sex scenes each update have in the party which, fair enough, it's set up pretty well for it.The next update will be without sex scenes? Or he is gonna add more but back to the college party. I did not understand what he said at the starting of the event
I think this is a good reflection of what we know of a previous Chosen of Body losing to a Chosen of Authority too. That chosen had complete faith in the power of their ability and just plainly lost. Building up skill to complement that power is the obvious tipping point. Like do any of us really see Ella at full strength as someone that would lose to the Black Mouth? Her skill is beyond the pale on top of the absurd potential she shows of her power as a Chosen of the Third. For all we know her ability that prevents any change to her extends to mental changes too, completely stripping Authority of what would be its main point of attack against someone like her. She can't move while exercising it, but she could probably just train that weakness out given more than a few weeks at level 5.Given the rarity of skill points, I'd honestly say Dissolve giving one of them is better than Overpower getting you two more points of power.

Yeah I agree with both of you. I wanted to make the list only with the characters we know so far (also because I think it would be cool to have the MC and gang on the same team) but yeah, we will probably get some new level 4's on the team. If anything, I think the MC should have been introduced to them in this update - seemed like the perfect opportunity. I can still see Liz/Amber on the team if they evolve in the next update (and if their evolution works the same as the Moon twins) but Tiffany is a long shot.Doubt that. Basicly in this update we get +\- framework for lieutenant power lvl
First and foremost - you need at least have 1000+ power for this (bare minimum)
.
Next - lieutenant are separated in two groups - Prime ones (at lvl 5 = 25-30% from total number) and Average (those who stay at lvl 4)
.
Our MC is recognised as candidate for lieutenant, despite the fact that he is barely suit for this role (basicly HERO want him take this role because he had lot of unic feats like surviving in Monster world for a year and because they know that MC stands on a verge of evolution). In terms of power MC just become slightly above bottom tier non-combat lieutenant which hold barrier around HERO base.
.
What i mean by all of this - even our current MC is barely makes to lieutenant standart and he is the strongest (aside lets say Alice) member in our Dream team. In theory Deryl also suit here, BUT there are a lot of problems (in terms of future evolution) with his part-human\part-monster nature. Rest of the team are just too weak to hold the rank
.
In theory Jake is also can become part of the team (his power lvl is enough), but he would not due inside and outside problems
.
To put it clear - Average lvl 4 lieutenant should be +\- on Cole (current Cole) lvl and worthy candidates for lieutenant rank should be +\- in 1 on 1 fight against Cole
Liz / Amber still seem too new to hero for that. Could see Alexis or Clark getting drafted from lucifer to act as secondYeah I agree with both of you. Oh, I just thought of a neat possibility. What if Henri's new team is the same as his old team? Collapsing the portal and stranding Bernhardt in deep space has to be one of S.I.N.'s priorities in this attack. It makes sense, remove the guy you can't defeat from play instead of trying to fight him directly. And it would make for a good escalation of stakes, if we no longer had Bernhardt's power as a fall-back preventing any monster attack from being that much of a problem.Liz / Amber still seem too new to hero for that. Could see Alexis or Clark getting drafted from lucifer to act as second
It seems like next episode is going to be a major shakeup though and who even knows what hero will look like after or if it even still functions
