One thing people always need to remember that the reason many of these games are harem, the reason the MC can sleep around with no consequences is because its to actually make sure you can enjoy the content of these games, to not waste your time. I am sure some of you would but for many, this is a small price to pay to make sure you don't need a playthrough for each individual girl you're interested in.
The sexual morality being suspended of fictional characters is a small price to pay to value the time of real people.

You do realize this isn't me giving my opinion, I didn't make people use insults that just happen to align with sexual selection. I never said an individual man or woman can't be something, but there's a reason that specific insults are overwhelming aimed at specific sexes and acting irrationally online doesn't fucking change that.
I’m not sure if hypergamy and how we humans navigate the sexual marketplace would apply to this setting.
