I'd like to know what are the negatives to the various mental illnesses. For example, I got obsessive on a couple women and they kept draining all my charisma every time I came into contact with them. That was one heck of a negative. Still not sure if that's a temporary issue or if they will do it all the time.

It is a chance, so it doesn't always happen. Unless it is permanent, the unstable state will go away when they return to full (100) willpower.

is there a min stat requirement when starting night patrol fights forgot how high my stats were before and on new game getting wasted obviously starting to early
edit: also at start screen it shows ver.0.29.01 alpha build not 0.30.00

I don't know if it has changed in version 0.30 but before, you want Physical trait to be at least 2, preferably 3 before fighting.

are they not supposed to be used in combat? except you know the one that turns you into a girl or maybe even that one vs male thief in a scenario like this:
MC : look what i can do (turns into a girl)

The code checks to see if Billy has impossible Polymorph choice combinations. As there are normally only three choices to be made, it would be impossible to have (eg) Hulk Out and Majestic Form at the same time.

errrrrrrrrrrr yikes and i kept resetting polymorph to 1 so i could learn them all kinda like what radioactive mod made possible before by setting max polymorph skills to 9 i think or something like that

so you can still cheat but dont get poly 10 until radio is active what console command has to be used? easy guys just pick one of the new powers.

cause monster cock and shift skills obviously dont have any combat effects .(. only monster cock has vs female thief but thats minor.

ok tested it the code seems to check more than the fight powers, i tried to cheat it too don't work. if you have shift monster cock and one of the new combat powers it wont work. bad code delete it! ^^

No, and it's not a "Wrong choice" One answer benefits Growing favor with Derek, one benefits growing favor with Tamara. Derek is probably the most effecient assistant when doing NCHDL missions. Tamara has boobs. Hard choice.

I never tutored Derek at all so I didn't even notice. It was more important to have Tamara get more points, unless her alternate recruit path was unlocked.
