I’m not sure that I understood you correctly because I don’t know what you have in sight talking about SFC. The torrent contains working versions of the game in English and Russian, in both cases version 0.36.02. Links and versions checked by the moderator, and users also did not complain

hmm, I launch the English version from the torrent and there the title in game alpha version v0.36.00 not 02 (name of file was 02), but Russian version was normal (but i need eng). After that I tried to use SFC (for v0.36.02) and it didnt work

After all the latest update, the game is still GRINDY AF.

That's an understatement. It takes 8+ hours to get to any interesting content in vanilla, even using the walkthrough. Get the Radioactive mod for less grind.

It's not tagged for NTR, and Baal (the game's dev) has said numerous times that here's no NTR, so no there's not.
