Too much grind for me to go back and redo tamara path. After she got cold there nothing you can do?

In-game? No. It's a one-way street. There's no going back.
With that out of the way, a couple of things:
First, you don't need her to join the club. Get the principal to 100 Favor and ask for a professional favor to have her secretary join your club as treasurer. The only things you miss out on with her cold is various vignettes with her with the most common being her blowing Billy in the hall at school. Obviously, you can't have her join you on club missions either.
Second, if you really insist on getting Tamara into the club, you can use the console. 'story1.tamara_suspicious = None' should make her not-cold.

Hey guys, I have an issue that the Love/Lust bars don't pop up(only Favor does) even on a fresh start, anybody knows how to solve this?, if no could you please send a fresh save where the bars are present(found a cheat one in the thread and the bars worked there). Thanks.

What bars appear is based upon how many ranks of Enhanced Senses you've bought.

Hitting Nov 4 is hard. Don't worry about it right now. Rewind to the beginning of May when you want to graduate. That's the only problematic date.
'month = u"<month name>"' (January, February, March, April, May, June, July, Sol, August, September, October, November, December -- so 'month = u"May"')
'date = <day of month>' (1-28). Best to pick a number that matches the same day of the week that your' currently in.

No. Almost every scene has at least the potential to alter stats and the potential for alternate visuals/dialogue based upon current stats. The design makes providing a gallery tedious/difficult.
Hello everyone, has anyone ever managed to trigger Anne's nympho scenes?
I developed my jobs to be able to work as a clerk and lab assistant. But despite the fact that the scene is green in the list, they never trigger, yet I have critical successes and then I find myself in front of Alice and her menu of choices.
Never Anne even though I have all the prerequisites.
Has anyone ever had this problem??

Keep Corruption low. Inhibition is how likely they are to get sexual, Corruption is how far they're willing to go. Also, obviously, don't inflict nymphomania.

You need the corruption stat, for interactions with girls.
But if you unlock the unisex bathroom, it randomly launches scenes based on the girls' corruption, where they fuck other guys. So don't activate the unisex bathroom at the school principal's!
And if you turn a girl into a sexbot too.

I don't play around with insanities too much. I typically cure Anne rather than trigger her nympho scenes.
From the code, it looks like Billy needs rank 3 enhanced senses and then there's about a 15% chance when getting a normal success at the clerk and lab assistant jobs.
The first 2 scenes come from clerk. The next 2 from lab assistant. Scene 1 and 3 hit if Anne's corruption is less than 50, you get 2 and 4 otherwise.

Just to clarify, you are getting normal successes -- not critical successes, correct? It doesn't trigger on a critical success ever.
With a 15% chance, you can reasonably expect a trigger every 7 normal successes. You need to get at least 15 normal successes to have a 90% chance of seeing the scene. Runs of over 30 normal successes without triggering the scene should be rare (<1% of the time), but not unheard of.
