There are multiple paths that are incomplete and lead nowhere, powers without their introduction scenes and missing powers and flaws. The game is not complete and it does not take a game developer to recognize that. The declaration that the game was completed, was and remains a lie.
It be like going to a restaurant, ordering a fully cooked meal and then getting the raw ingredients on a plate. While having the staff assure you that it is indeed fully cooked. We can all see it isn't.

One thing I feel is important is the developer never said it was complete. He was pretty upfront that he was simply stopping where it was. The thread owner / mod staff gave it the completed tag.

Also how do you trigger quest Stalk the stalker, I have already completed Counter intelligence but in wiki, the requirement to start the counter quest was completed stalk the stalker.

Is Stalk the Stalker Kelly's clique mission?
If it is then you start it like most of the rest of the clique missions. They are presented in random order so you may have to wade through others first.
The clique missions in general require a decently high alignment ( > 60), a bunch of combat wins ( > 15), the Pixie chain cannot be started, and you can't have any other open mission: clique, NCHDL club, etc. Missions are offered when you go to an actual class. Mary's mission requires you to complete a specific NCHDL mission prior.

I don't do insanity much. It depends on how you are inflicting insanity.
The most reliable way is to use Sympathic Link and the various overload abilities when the target's willpower is lowered. Each trait triggers a different insanity. Lust overload triggers nympho. I think Love triggers obsessive, but I may be confused.
This is basically correct. Turn on the insanity field and keep blasting them with the overload that you want. You need to get their stat over 100 to reliably inflict the insanity. First affect is temporary that will wear off in a day or two, but if you inflict the insanity a second time it will become permanent.

You don't need the insanity field to inflict temporary insanity via overload -- it is required to make any insanity permanent though.
Insanity field is a different way to potentially inflict a random insanity occasionally though it mainly just fiddles with emotions.

No, it's just poorly labelled. All O/Ses need the same fix. Drop it in the game subfolder.
did i just paste the "content" folder into game folder or just the "scripts.rpa" into the game folder??

not sure how Jealousy is supposed to work. both mom and sister are in kitchen. have all the sex with mom with sister in the room. No jealousy. Same then with sister and nothing.

Jealousy vignettes are triggered by specific actions. The first one is triggered by Billy cleaning the house when the other two are present.
