your mod version might be correct but you seem to have installed it on top of the previous game version instead of 0.45.03:

Try starting from scratch by unzipping 0.45.02, applying the .03 patch, then the RA3 mod on top of that; one of those steps must have gone wrong.

what is the console command for enabling polymorph,herculian might and brilliance,humanitas all 4 together?

Herculean Might, Brilliance, and Humanitas were never built. You can't activate them.
how do you activate the events in the school like for positive alignment quests or the scenes for the unisex bathroom i keep going in and out of classes but nothing is triggering just the 3 different success i really enjoy this game but getting these scene are just ruining it for me any help would be much appreciated

For the unisex bathroom events, girls need certain stats (high sluttiness, low forgotthename).
some characters have the right stats to start but nothing seems to trigger when going to class
Sorry if this has already been answered but I know there's been talk about making a final version of this game before moving on to Super powered 2, is this that final version or is there still something more planned?

As far as we know, the current version now is the final version except for possible bugfixes.
In previous versions i had activated all 3 polymorphs together but i cannot rememeber how i had done it...i had put points to all polymorphs stats and i had them active whever i need them

When you go to the principal's office you have multiple options (like e. g. trading in school influence for other influence). One of these options is to change school rules, and one of them is unisex bathrooms.
