Let me first get out of the way that I will not open the bathrooms and put the girls into wild oats at the earliest convenience since I don't like sharing either. However, canonically (from dialogue), Billy isn't in love with anybody, so he won't be jealous, so he probably qualify as being cooked. The "love" stat refers to how girls view you but not to how you view girls.

1 - I haven't played out that route because I had to start over since my game kept crashing whenever Danni came over, and on my new playthrough I picked the third option (Freddy gets to fuck neither). I have never seen Derek fuck Maggie, furthest I got was the sister making out with Freddy while Danni gives you a blowjob.

Again, My annoyance isn't that other people have sex, it's that the MC has all the agency of a log, there are sooo many scenes that trap you such superficial interactions despite the huge array of options that your powers would open up, sure I get that the number of variations the Dev can address is limited, but for fucks sake, trapping the player into being a little bitch when he's easily the most powerful character in the room.

I think this whole argument hinges on the definition of "cuck", to my knowledge the person has to get off to it or be in some way humiliated. This is what I base my argument on, and I think a lot of people will agree that an open relationship for example isn't always cuckoldry.
Now having established that, in order for Freddy to do anything at all, Billy has to choose to distract him by offering him one of the two women. If Billy doesn't offer them to him, Freddy doesn't fuck them. Furthermore Billy shows an extreme lack of empathy or affection, so I don't think he cares at all.
Analogy: It's a very different story if some dude steals my beer and drinks it in front of me in my living room or if I give him one of my many beers and we drink a beer each in my living room.

And as far as I can recall it's a gradual increase from kissing to making out to then BJ and sex. Putting the mind control on Steph stopped her from going further than making out with Freddy, so there is a choice, even if not in dialogue form. So maybe it's hindsight, but it's also clearly hinted at that things will escalate if you don't use mind control.

But I agree that more dialogue options to stop the sharing (or cucking if you think that's what it is) would have been nice. I guess the dev just assumed you were into that because why would you choose that option otherwise. I was also okay with dressing Freddy up and maybe her kissing him, but making out was a bit too far for my taste and I would have liked for there to be an option to step in and break it up.
Same thing with Derek, you can tell Sandra you will think of something else, but at that point the game didn't let me talk to the principal about letting him join the football team anymore, forcing the player to pick a sharing option.

Pretty much. Someone in either this or the walkthrough thread had worked out a specific set of steps that worked in at least one update to combine the Tamara in club and corrupting Freddie, but there were some side effects that made it clear it wasn't intended.

well. choosing maggie or steph means billy gonna stalk tamara and when she notice that (about fourth step of following) she start colder shouldering billy. so if billy get her favor (mb love too) before, then tamara invite him with her (there is some murky check i failed it and hadn`t bother myself retrying). there IS the way hidden somewhere...

Engine transfer, time jump, retiring a bunch of women, creating Gen 8 models for the retained characters instead of the Gen (2?) in use, and rethinking all game mechanics (for example fighting a non-powered person like the school bully is just a skill check, Billy has limited slots to select which powers he has access to for the day, character stats being rethought, and interactions being completely redesigned).
