It can be. There's a blue bar at the bottom right which scrolls the transparency. Well at least there was when playing with joiplay.

I will look for it, but I don't recall seeing one either in the preferences menu or on screen in-game. I also have no idea what joiplay is, so I have a feeling this is joiplay specific.

I don't know much about Daz but damn the renders are really beautiful.

That being said I'll probably give it a shot but I can't help but notice surprisingly little has been said about the English in the game itself, does that mean it's better than the OP? I don't think I could read this if the English is as poor as in that OP elevator pitch :S

EDIT- Interestingly the English in the game itself is fine.

Available here: The Guardian, 23 Sisters, Maou sama, Deadlocked In Time, Apartment 69 (only a bit for now and ignore the abandoned tag because it's not), Parental Love, Clara's Love Hotel (and search this site for other Dumb Koala games if you like the art style). While not true Loli characters, Mr Dot's games has petite characters in Dating My Daughter, Melody, & Sunshine Love. I would also check out School, Love & Friends which is more teen than loli, but still fun.

well, fell right into this one... wasn't aware of this being a new one, just saw the thread title and post info all mentioning V1.0 so expected there be a couple of hours worth of playtime, however when I launched the game it said V0.1
