It depends on what you mean with sex.
Yes there are sexual interactions like hand-jobs and fingering at this stage, but actual sex/intercourse... No, not yet.
We are currently working on the 0.6.1 update that will include the level up event from level 5 to 6.
That event takes "stuff" a step further again and will be the general guideline throughout level 6 (Like it has been during the entire development of this game).

The download options are very bad. Either all stop or take 20+ hours. I downloaded another game same size, same time, in minutes.
EDIT: Now NOPY is running faster, lets hope it doesn't drop package. (It finally downloaded fast, must be heavy traffic due to long wait.)
