It is only available in 0.5. You have to take a potion in Cassandra's room and then give it to Ophelia.
I haven't done it yet, I will add it for the public release of version 0.5 at the end of the month.

If I recall correctly, Selene is the shopkeeper in the wagon in the woods. Go through the crystal ball cuts. It's also talked about earlier on in this thread.
