No. The train groping and the battle harassment scenes are not in the gallery. For the English version there is a bug there the handjob scene in Inoha's room does not appear.
Don't expect any changes to the game anymore except the bug fix when Saikey's English version is released.

Depends on your definition of finished.
Right now, Part 1 is finished. More likely than not, all the rest is going to be put into the release of Part 2, which is delayed due to some issues.

Saikey will be selling an official translation, and the creator will probably have patreon or such when he is back.
Some similar games you can look into are Scars of Summer, Boy Hero Ken: Haunted House Investigations (my personal favorite), and Hentraia Chronicles 1/2/3 (sprites only)

Which is alright but the corruption isn't really as slow or as good as SAO. It's also unfinished, too. Most games with anime characters are kind of low effort and slow corruption is hard to find in the first place.

Heres a good ntr collection thread with "slow corruption" tag, and watch new ntr updates in this ntr discussion thread . unfortunately there's a shortage of good parody ntr games. Most of them have goofy cg animation and the story is so bad u need to turn your brain off to continue playing.

There are a couple from the same creator as this, Fujino. He did one for Fate called Scathatch which is really good imo. It has sequels too, but is unfinished. And he did one for chainsaw man that's really short but decent. He actually has a few more, but I didn't care for them, but I think it's another Fate parody.
There is another fate one called Fate DS i think? I forgot the link to it, the scenes are good but gameplay is not great. Search the main NTR thread, it had an update not too long ago. Same with the Konosuba one someone mentioned above, it's got decent animated scenes, but the gameplay is tedious and kinda bad.
Parody NTR games are kinda of scarce. I think Fujino single-handedly revived the space to be honest, lol.

All the other people gave good recommendations but honestly you are better off not playing. This game set a new standard for NTR games. After playing this game, all those other games just can't compare to this game.
I been so depressed I can't find a porn game as good as this game, I gone back to playing non-porn mainstream games until Part 2 is released. Sad, I know.

you're right, I feel that too, Fujino managed to set a standard of quality in the NTR genre with this SAO game, there's simply no other game that can bring the same sense of balance to NTR as Fujino does.

I wouldn't say that, I would like other devs to take inspiration from this game. I'm more referring to players expectations with other NTR games increasing, even if a little, after experiencing Fujino's games.

the problem is that all scenes are very good in some way, so that makes the choice difficult
but here we go:I'm going to talk my fav from the real world and my fav from the virtual world:
- Yeah, the silhouette HJ on the school's nurse. I agree with you, that was SO GOOD AND WELL DONE.
- And the Sewer's part in the virtual world (from the boss battle, then the way back with peeks of what Inoda was doing with Asuna, and ending with the Inn scene where we se Inoda going balls deep in Asuna). (There's another similar moment when Asuna is kidnapped in the virtual world and taken to that hideout with bandits, I also really like that one, but I liked it a lot more the one in the sewer).

That would be among my top 3 too, since scenes like that could sell the whole oblivious ntr route, if there are still 2 routes planned. But point is a few more "misunderstandings" like that and Kirito wil gaslight himself into not believing she is cheating xD
