After thinking a bit why Asuna has sex with Inolda, I think it's because of the classic blackmail with the photos of Asuna's mother.

I'm not surprised. First off, I think the dev only speaks Chinese so they might not understand your message. Secondly, they might not want help. They might also be trying to keep communication about the game to a minimum, because they're trying to stay out of the sight of Chinese authorities. Also, I could see why they wouldn't want to accept a randoms offer to help, not least because it can sound like trying to gain access to content early without paying, or stealing the whole game, or any number of reasons really. I don't recommend trying to contact them again; you might actually cause them to get arrested, and then the game never gets finished.
Anyway, I made an attempt at an Inoda. It didn't turn out that well. I copied a lot of key little features (the nostril holes, the discolored lips), I got the hair shape mostly right, though the color seems to change a lot in the game; it's clearly meant to be blackish, but in a lot of shots it's darkish blue, though I can say it's probably just lighting. I just could not get the shape of a lot of major features right though, to the point that I'm starting to think it's a custom head or something that I just don't have access to. For example, I couldn't make squinty eyes that looked right, nor could I get the foreward bulging sheek shape with any kind of nasolabial fold, nor could I get his nose to have the same hawkish crook and the piglike nostrils.

Additionally, while the bodyshape isn't priority yet, I'm considering how to do it. Clearly he's meant to be a little tubby, though Koikatsu does not handle overweight characters well, so he's not going to be that fat. There is this shot that shows a pretty good overview on the bodyshape from above, and he's got a bit of girth to his waist.

I am fluent in both Mandarin and English. My message was sent to him in Mandarin.
2. He does not want any help.
He has accepted English translation help from one of his fan as mentioned in a Patreon post. Translating a game from scratch is not an easy task so asking only 1 person to translate just isn't efficient.
3. Gaining access to content early/ Stealing game asset.
His assets are free and Fujino did not create it himself. The assets in the gameplay are from RPGMaker and the character card/scenes are taken from the official Koikatsu Discord. Translation texts are in the .json format and you can already find them when you download the game under sao/www/data then the respective cutscenes. I can go on and on about this but point is, theres really nothing to steal because he isn't giving me the entirety of the game files and the stuff he uses are free to the public.
4. Without paying.
I am subscribed to his Patreon. I am only recently cancelling my subscription due to lack of communication between Fujino and the community.

It's kind of obvious if you played the game. Firstly, he's straight up raped her in the game at least twice. I dont think he needs to blackmail Asuna. My guess would be she was super horny after a day together, and then getting stuck with Inoda in the storm he was able to convince her to do 1 sexual favor, then another, until it just escalated. Well, the developer will usually build a group chat which contain his personal e-payment detail, all official information and updates will release on that group chat, you can see this as some kind of chinese version discord.
Anyone who want to support him can just join and donate, some rigorous one will release his payment detail publicly and let you join the chat after he confirmed you had already subscribed in order to prevent spies and traitors. This is how they collect donation inside china, if they want to collect money outside china they just use some platform such as patreon like the others.
As for your question, the chinese government always monitoring everyone and they know what you are doing, they will take action when you disturb public order(in reality and on internet) or draw too much attention, they are not acting yet is just they think it is not the right time or you are simply no worth it to make them move.

As you can see his game's default language is chinese and only a few recent games were being translated, his main target market is the chinese, which have already big enough fan base for him, so getting non-chinese fans is just some kind of a plus.
Moreover, since he is still inside china he may not check his dm so often as some website are blocked by the chinese internet great wall which can only be accessed though by VPN.(forget patreon is one of them or not)

well thought out and quite good arguments, you may be right but the last scene, Inolda language is quite dominant as if she had Asuna under her control doesn't make sense to me.
I don't think that just because she wants to have sex she will cheat on Kirito after the fireworks and also lie to him just for the pleasure of having sex with Inolda, as if she changed her feelings immediately.
