Hebishima literally drugged Suguha to get her under his thumb the first time, it feels like you and King are forgetting that. Regardless of if he's involved with the trafficking ring or not, he IS a criminal, especially as he got those illegally by having Sinon nab them for him after fucking her into his sex slave. So yeah, like, Inoda IS a piece of shit, 100%, but at least so far as of now he seems obsessed enough with his women to keep them, unlike Hebishima, as shown by how the first thing he did was to make Kyouko break up with all her fuck-boys, while Hebishima has Sinon expose herself online in livestreams to make money, all of which he's no doubt keeping. In a lesser-of-2-evils case in a game where none of the girls will have any sort of 'happy' ending in the conventional sense given it's a world ruled by NTR Tropes, Inoda is hilariously the better choice XP

I didn't say about the drugging Suguha because it was not clear if he gave her drugs or just got her drunk. Even if it was drug, Inoda still tried to use a aphrodisiac candle to seduce Asuna. It was fake but he did not know that.

They are the same type of person and pretty much the difference between the two is experience. If Inoda ever got sick of Asuna and decided to clean himself up, I am sure Inoda would do all the same things as Hebishima to get more women. Just look at how he got Kyouko.

Asuna has already been confirmed several times that she will only be fucking Inoda, this is something Fujino refused to buldge in, even when he offered the possibility of the other girls getting fucked maybe by others Asuna was the only one he left out of the poll.

Asuna is the one with the most NTR doujins/hentai without a doubt, but whenever someone is making full-on NTR they involve the other SAO girls and usually tag it as NTR because of that, is just a very widespread way of thinking considering that as long as the girl has feelings for the MC if you draw her getting fucked by someone else it's immediately NTR, even though SAO is one of the rare pieces of media where the MC chose and stuck with his girl practically from the beginning XP

And well, that's the thing, she IS fully corrupted, but there is not a bit of 'realism' in it like you said Like, it would be 'realistic' if these were generic OCs, but it's not at all for Suguha's character, hell, Fujino actually had to twist the timeline into a big mess just to make her feel as 'NTR' as possible. Like, Kirito has nightmares about Oberon fucking Asuna, which means the Fairy Dance Arc happened, but somehow that's impossible because clearly Suguha never met him as Leafa in ALO here. The only reason for this plot hole is so that she can't have 'confessed' to him already, which would make Hebishima blackmailing her into his new fuck-buddy in the most cliche NTR way possible impossible if it had happened :3

The thing is, if I have to choose between Inoda and Hebishima, I choose Inoda not because he's better or I like him (Hell I particularly dislike ugly bastards, feel like one of the worst NTR Tropes as if going one NEEDS to be an ugly/old fat loser to not get girls, LOL), but because he's the 'MC', and if it allows even a bit of karmic justice to fall on the other walking NTR cliche that is Hebishima I will feel satisfied. Suguha sure as hell isn't gonna get 'saved' at all, this is not this type of game, but if Inoda wins over Hebishima at least SOMEONE will get punished for screwing her life XP

Inoda raped Asuna in her room, while she was online (oral abuse is also a sexual violence). Also, the last night of Part 1, was 100% rape. But that's how the character is written, he "developed" from cunningness to harrasment to rape. That I actually like, from a storywriting prospective about him.

Inoda and Hebishima's characters are both criminal (Well, technically Inoda might not be a criminal IRL, but you can see what he tried, the intentions were there). That being said, I think Inoda is a better antagonist. I seek to respect the opinions of people who disagree with me about this, but for me Hebishima is a boring antagonist and his narrative with Suguha hasn't really pleased me, on the other hand I think Inoda's narrative with Asuna is well written and exciting. I find Inoda a way more interesting villain, the author makes Asuna's character in the game very compatible to fall into Inoda's manipulations and plans, which is also good for the narrative. Sure, maybe you can complain if you don't like some tropes like "small dick MC and big dick antagonist" or "ugly bastard", but Inoda and Asuna's NTR narrative is not based on just that, I think it's deeper than just that (And personally I like those tropes, even though they are very common in these types of stories, I think they are still cool and exciting. So I don't really have problem with those tropes, but I know some people may don't like them).

That said, I don't think I want Inoda getting every girl in Kirito's life. Initially I wanted Inoda to be just with Asuna and Asuna just with him, nowadays as the story progressed I would be fine with him staying with both Asuna and Lizbeth, but thats it (I'm still thinking about it, but I think I would like an ending where Asuna leaves Kirito to be with Inoda and Lizbeth takes the opportunity to take Kirito for herself and becomes his new girlfriend, but occasionally cheats on him with Inoda). I don't want Suguha going to Inoda (Yeah, I said earlier that I don't like her current narrative with Hebishima, but it is what it is. I think I probably wouldn't like it for the game's narrative if the author try to put her together with Inoda). I also didn't really like how the author made Asuna's mother to be with Inoda (But I already accepted it, because he probably did it to give Inoda an advantage against Kirito. I kind of just hope he doesn't do too much things with them, just what is necessary to advance Asuna and Inoda's relationship, but he probably will now that they are a thing).
