There is the low possibility of her not getting a 3d model only a sprite model like the guys. But yea, if she gets a 3d model it would be her model will be used in some scenes. If she only gets a sprite model that most likely means she will be sex-free!

As 4-kun said there, she was just mentioned as part of flavor text in one of the first perks, it had no more weight on the plot than her name being dropped back in Part 1 once without any explanation as to why she wasn't around (As we didn't even get full confirmation of how much the AU differed from Canon SAO until recently in Part 2 XP).
She was only mentioned in terms of Asuna missing her. And nothing else. It may well be that those who assume that the ritual will fail or that Yui will not play a big role are right.
Well, apparently in the case of Yui it's very different. Because in the canon, Yui's "Heart" was just lying in Kirito's inventory. In fact, Yui's programming code allowed her to reproduce herself in any game. That is, for Yui to appear, Kirito just had to go into the inventory and click on the "Heart".
