It makes no sense to decide endings in advance before the game itself, endings are made based on how the game progresses and it makes no sense when the creator decides for us which ending to make, the ending decides who plays it, because as if to say not everyone likes hamburgers with pickles xD
This is because Fujino originally had clearly a very specific plan in mind for how the game was gonna go even before Part 2's split. Reminder, the ONLY reason the game turned out as it is is was because of all the personal stuff that happened to Fujino: China banning all +18 content under jail penalty, him deciding to move countries to keep making his games, understimating how difficult/time-consuming adding Alice and Liz to the game was gonna be, and finally the terrible reception that the first release of Part 2 got on top of that. Fujino had always been the kind to completely ignore anyone who complained or disliked how he did things and do his own thing, but with ALL that happened to him at that time he couldn't afford to at all, so he decided to rework the game's plot based off polls and suggestions, and that's how we even ended with things like the entirety of how Suguha and Sinon's plot twisted upon themselves. Is VERY obvious that Sugu and Shino were originally just meant to end up as sex slaves serving Hebishima together, all of Part 1 and the beginning of Part 2 make this obvious, and Alice clearly was originally being written to end up crushing on Kirito before being 'stolen' by the hypno-shit of the council, but Fujino had to abandon those bits completely or rework them entirely to keep writing the new version of the game (Alice's plot even was recently recycled, she admited to Kirito that she only got with Klein because she accepted she couldn't be with him and it was him who she actually liked, LMAO, poor Klein).

The endings he originally planned and announced probably worked perfectly with how he wanted the game to go and end at that time, they just make little sense now with how different and overcomplicated he made the plot, so he's probably gonna have to make even more plot-holes and everyone being stupid to make it work at all XP

What do you think the game would be like if Kirito was stolen by Inoda instead of Asuna?

.....oh god, I'm already imagining everything and it's not nice:HideThePain:
When Fujino started adding Shion/Suga scenes to get Kirito, I was kinda hoping we'd have a story flip plot twist where things shifted to Asuna's POV with something happening to Inoda and her deciding she needed to save/improve her relationship with Kirito, only to discover there are now two women constantly hanging around him causing suspicious moments, mirroring her story with Inoda.

I don't have much experience on this stuff. I haven't played many games of this style either, so don't pay too much attention to me. To put myself in the picture, I really liked “The Curse of Kubel”, “Scars of Summer” and “Boy Hero Ken”.

I think that although “SAO” has a lot of pacing and structure problems, where sometimes there are very big leaps in logic and others it doesn't seem to move forward, the size and ambition of the game is very admirable. Personally I'm only interested in the degradation of Asuna and Kirito at the hands of Inoda, though the latter I don't think will happen beyond, at some point, Kirito becoming aware of the betrayal (even so the cross-dressing scene next to Oberon put me on alert).

All the moments where you are about to discover Asuna and Inoda I really liked. I've never seen the whole thing about including sex while fighting before and it's great because of the sense of betrayal that comes from not having Asuna's support because she's getting a good fuck. Also the idea of encouraging secret scenes only for the curious, like the camera on the top floor of the offices. Games with corruption stats, specially if they show things "live" and her thoughs and go in a lot of detail are always a blessing.

If the terms of an NTR game is when the girl reaches a point of mindbreak, I think it's clear that Asuna has already reached that point. Several times. Obviously at the end of Part 1, but most notably in the last few days of quarantine. I was satisfied with the ritual scene where they confess their feelings and Inoda puts a baby in her womb. From here on, everything for me has been an extended epilogue, which I appreciate.

Given the request, I'd like a route with Kirito humiliated or even feminized and Asuna being overtly more cruel to him just for fun. I'm not worried about the ships, although I would find it a bit odd if Kirito had a happy ending yes that seems to be where it's headed. Liz becoming submissive to Inoda would be cool for me too. I didn't get past the second season of the show and I'm not too worried about how canonical it all is. With what's out there now, if Fujino said tomorrow that the game was finished, I'd be satisfied.

As for his next project, I'd almost prefer an original story that doesn't have as many strings attached but has this level of ambition. I'm not interested in the proposed series, except maybe "Re: Zero".
