Yeah no great surprises in this update, Fujino is following the NTR rule book to a T.
These extra CGs and text that he put in the new version 0.901 combined with the Kirito's dialogue with Asuna about her staying one extra night in the hotel to avoid arrive in Tokio too early show how the things will be done.
She already accepeted Kirito's idea about the extra night, and since the quarantine will be over by this time she and Inoda will be able to left the hotel and buy some plan b pills like sugested in the new dialogues, there you have it creampie sex, and some disguise to Asuna like a mask or something because the creampie sex will be transmitted to Kirito in real time according to Inoda dialogue.
This would be a great opportunity for Fujino to do something new, since the quarantine is over why not put someone else there, like Kirito himself trying to surprise Asuna just to spice the things a little bit, but i doubt he's doing something like that, other thing is know for a very long time that Asuna don't take plan b pills due to a extreme side effects, but is not clear what are those said side effects, but if i've to bet, that will trigger something about her PTSD and make her extra horny and since Kirito will not be able to satify or even have sex with her for any given reason, she will go after Inoda in Tokio to have sex and continue with the affair.
And since Fujino himself said from now on is only about Asuna downfall, the ultimate ntr trope for that is Raw Sex and creampie after that the FMC in any plot is completely corrupted, and he went a step further already lay the ground for Asuna excuse to stay with Inoda as she seems to want, getting pregnant by him and also Kyoko will be pregnant as well probably by Asuna's influence nothing new there only instead of Asuna being the one conviced by the others she will be one doing the convincing, like with Liz.

Now this update show us why you as a author can't change the past as solution for a creative dead end, because you will end up with a major paradox as plot hole like is happening here.
The problem is, now in Fujino story the effect came before the cause which breaks the plot logical continuity, Asuna now is referring to the affair as if was more than 2/3 years old since SAO when in reality is only 2 months, any new player/reader will think that as the reality and will get lost in the plot.
Like when she says "Inoda have trained her body well in SAO and she can't resist to him" and we know this never happened right... right?
One dialogue in particular caught my eye, when Asuna tell to Liz abouth the affair and more or less said that started at SAO Liz reply to her "SAO, SAO... always SAO for how long you will blame what happened there for what you're doing now" here we have a problem with Liz answer because that should be news for her, but she acted like she already knew that, the logic is broken unless Liz indeed know something from that time about Asuna and Inoda, or both were talking about 2 different things at same time, which inside a story it's very bad for general plot undestanding.
And there is the entire thing about Asuna sexual related PTSD, her body indeed was trained by someone, because according to Fujino own "logic" in this plot the memory manipulation only works if the subject had some real life experience with a similar memory in Asuna's case sexual training.
And Kirito's "quest" with the other girls is like i said before, bland at best, another footjob for fuck sake, one thing though Sinon dialogue about that she heard Inoda having one "impressive talent" and she may will choose him if Kirito keep letting her down, is very suggestive and weird at same time, how Sinon know about Inoda's "sexual performance" and who told that to her, because that wasn't a jab on Kirito over Asuna cheating, just that she's curious about Inoda.

If the game came from Ci-En then the game is censored because of their rules. So Fujino releases a separate uncensored patch for those people. But if the game came from Patreon then the game is already uncensored so the patch is unnecessary.

Apparently, the approaching end of the game and Fujino's general fatigue in developing it allowed him to ignore the plot flaws. Apparently, he will now simply lead Asuna to the ending, adding up to 2-3 levels of perks in each update and trying to complete it as quickly as possible, without paying much attention to inconsistencies with past updates.

Like in this example with Liz, Asuna was talking about the affair with Inoda in SAO and Liz was probably talking about the trauma they got stuck inside SAO which in her mind Asuna is using as excuse for cheating, if it's well done this "overlapping" can be used in revealing subtext, generating tension and move the plot foward, but if well done and that's is not the case here.
I think Fujino is running on fumes for a while now, but for some reason is stretching the story way more than he should.
The fact he push straight to 0.90 is the hint that he's tired and want to finish this game asap, but he said himself he would be 100% focused in develop this ending, so we have to wait and see.
And because of those "inconsistencies" like you said once again he left the door open for harem ending, because judging by the Sinon dialogue he is already creating the pretext for it.

Well, based on the storyline of Sinon and Suguhi, I doubt that they want, after Hebeshima, get on another big dick and become addicted to it. But that's if you take logic into account. I have no idea what Fujino can do. Maybe he'll simplify everything to the level of a molecule and just throw all possible women into Inoda and end the game with that. There will be endings - "Kirito knows" and "Kirito doesn't know".
But still, if you follow the plot of Sinon, it looks unlikely. She and Agil know about Asuna and Inoda, Sinon has a powerful tool of influence in the form of Council resources and technology capable of changing gender, almost instantly. And Suguha has become too smart for such a stupid outcome. Based on such data, getting into Inoda's harem is something from the category of cosmic black plot holes (but... I wouldn't be surprised if Fujino is capable of that.)
I've been thinking about it, and I think one of the most likely ways that Suguha could get to Inode is if Sinon sets her up. Competition for Kirito's brain or something like that.

I think people tend to give to much credit to the council plot, this plotline is almost dead it will have some influence in the ending or endings but not the way as many think, so she is not that powerfull she still have to relly in her pussy to have her way, this "girl boss bitch" has no place in 99.9% of NTR plots, women in these stories are the object or the objective nothing more.
Now the true boss is the admin, and depending what type of relationship Sinon does have with her if any, she could betray Suguha, so far she is just using/manipulating her around for her own reasons, until these reasons clash.
Since Asuna didn’t have any proper clothes to wear during the quarantine period, it’s understandable that they wore business attire. As for the location where they had sex, it could have been at the train station or near Kirito’s apartment. For some reason, he had fallen asleep on the day Asuna returned by train, and Inoda had sex with Asuna while they were on their way back to his room.
