Sinon is just a supporting character—there’s no way Fujino could give every one of her actions a full, acted-out scene. That’s why the hints and implications scattered throughout her storylines are exactly how Fujino chose to convey his intentions.
Sinon is the head of security and special ops within the antagonist organization. It’s not strange at all that she has intelligence-gathering abilities second only to Shadow Fox. The crystal ball scene with Kirito showed the player how that item works.
In the previous version, there was clear interaction between Sinon and Suguha that showed their friendly relationship—Sinon even had a heart emoji pop up in one of the lines. In the recent dual footjob scene, there was a moment where Sinon gave Suguha a suggestive look.
Sinon’s initial interest in Kirito actually came from her jealousy of Suguha, so honestly, if they eventually end up having a lesbian storyline together, I wouldn’t be surprised at all.
it's too far-fetched in the game there were moments when Sinon showed such reactions to Kirito, it's unlikely that it means anything
too far-fetched in the game there were moments when Sinon showed such reactions to Kirito, it is unlikely that this means anything. Well, why does Suguha do this? She loves her brother madly

Fujino said that "Certain judgment branches affected by the initial choices were missing, leading to incorrect dialogue variations later."
So I played version 0.901 and picked the first option for all the opening questions. At Inoda's doorstep, Sinon ended up saying, "Hmph, I heard Asuna has quite the soft spot for him. Not my type though."

this is definitely not synon in that scene, there is another girl who then appears 1-2 more times in the game.
That hooker was Kyouko in a disguise!

of course it could be anything, but why would Inoda be in a cleaner's outfit, + Asuna was sent different clothes (maybe there are regular ones there too)
Asuna didn't get any decent outfits during quarantine so that is why she only wears t-shirt or risque outfits during quarantine. So Asuna should be wearing her office outfit when she comes back. Inoda would not be wearing his worker uniform though. He only had his normal clothes when he was trapped in the room.

I don’t think the memory modification storyline was a mistake by the author. Fujino once said that when Asuna willingly had sex with Inoda in real life on July 12, the NTR part had already concluded. But because a lot of fans wanted the game to continue—and he himself wanted to carry on the story—he came up with a deeper, more intense NTR development.

NTR is short for netorare, a Japanese term that means taking a woman through sex. Inoda had already taken Asuna’s body and part of her heart—so what else was left? The answer is the irreplaceable memories she shared with Kirito during their time fighting together in SAO. That’s why this chapter is titled Netorare of the Yesteryear.
In Chapter 1, Inoda took Liz’s virginity.
In Chapter 2, he took Asuna’s body and heart.
In Chapter 3, he took the precious memories between Asuna and Kirito (even though he himself wasn’t aware of it).

The whole memory modification plot sparked widespread discussion among fans and even caused emotional breakdowns among veteran NTR fans. For an NTR game, that’s a clear sign the story hit its mark.

The memory rewrite only affected Asuna—it didn’t touch anyone else. This is obvious and also supported by several lines in the game. The memory thing isn’t some time-travel plot. When Asuna tells Liz the reason she’s with Inoda is due to pressure from their SAO days, Liz responds in the Chinese version with:
“我还以为你会找什么更好一点的借口。这还能怪到SAO吗?SAO,SAO…SAO……”
And in the English version, she says:
“I expected a better excuse than that. You're really blaming it all on SAO? SAO, SAO… always SAO…”

No matter which version, it’s clear she’s confused and skeptical about Asuna using SAO as a reason for cheating—because she has no idea Asuna’s memories were altered.
To be honest what acutualy spark a huge controversy was more related to the possibilty of a Inoda harem than the memory manipulation, at least around here.

Let me be blunt, in 99.9% of the time when a author use one of these plot devices like memory manipulation, time travel and so on, in a story where this is not part of it's core argument it's because he fucked up and got himself into a dead end and needed a easy way out.

The Liz dialogue
“I expected a better excuse than that. You're really blaming it all on SAO? SAO, SAO… always SAO…”
here she is questioning Asuna's reasons, not the it's logic which create a plot hole automatically since the plot dictate that she knows this is not true.

Now if the dialogue was done like this
“I expected a better excuse than that. Wait why you're blaming it all on SAO?”
she would be questioning both the excuse and logic with no plot holes but is way harder to explain.

This line is clearly a rhetorical question that comes after a moment of confusion. I also included the Chinese version, which better reflects that tone.
As for Liz constantly bringing up SAO later on, it's actually connected to the line she says right after that.
“You know… back in SAO, when I first went mining with Kirito, I fell for him.”
The original Chinese line doesn't contain the meaning of "Always" — I’m guessing that was a translation mistake. I’ll suggest to Fujino that it be corrected.

Y'all over here theory-dumping and I just wanna know if Asuna and Inoda went raw IRL yet.
Not yet, next update they will get some birth control pills and go full blast rawdogging creampie, with a live transmission to Kirito or at least a full home made porn video will be send to him.

Translation could be a real pain sometimes, can change the entire argument.

But yet, the plot hole is still there, in fact even if Asuna explain that she was having a affair with Inoda all the way back in SAO would make no logical sense to Liz since she already know by her many previous interactions with Inoda that they never met before FOG.

See what memory manipulation/time travel does to a plot, has to be always cause and effect not the other way around.

I don't remember who wrote it, but someone said that there would be a stream of INODA creampie sex for Kirito, Asuna agreed to it knowing that there would be a live broadcast and there would be viewers? I just played at 9.00 there was talk about a video and that he wouldn't show anyone something like that, or maybe I misunderstood something

That's because Inoda knows that Kirito has been wathiching them through the survailence PC in the office storage room,
Kirito called to warn about the fire in the stove, and told that to Inoda.
Now Inoda came up with video recording to Asuna as a memory of their last time togheter, she said she dont wanted because someone might see, he told her that her face will be covered or blurred then she'd agreed.
What she dosen't know yet is that Inoda will be recording and streaming to Kirito at same time, but i think because she will have her face covered during the scene, Inoda at some point will tell her that Kirito is wathiching the whole thing and she will enjoy humiliate Kirito without him knowning that is her doing that, and in the end she will beg to Inoda to cum inside of her in front of Kirito, old trope of NTR stories.

I don't find anything humiliating if their faces are censored, imagine if Inoda lets slip Asuna's name while fucking her xD

That is never going to happen, she will be the "cousin" or "pig wife".
At first she will panic probably, but like the other times she will enjoy very much, Asuna likes it to shit talk Kirito or having her back blowout in front of Kirito whitout him knowing, has been like this for a while now.

Humiliation is her drug, she enjoys being a filthy whore to Inoda since the beggining, she likes in being humiliated/dominated by Inoda, but also like to humiliate kirito showing how much better Inoda is compared to him in dominating her.
She also thinks that Kirito like to be humiliated and honestly he actually does.

It doesn't seem to me that Asuna is speaking badly of Kirito; in fact, she takes it out on Inoda when he insults him. I can understand when she says he's bad in bed, but she's never said anything like "what a loser, he doesn't know how to fuck, Inoda is better than him," as if that's the only thing that matters to her. Unfortunately, even in real life, there are girls like Asuna who, instead of solving a problem, go and jump on someone's dick because they're stressed out. I hope Suguha shows up during the stream and fucks her brother really well.

In recent updates, there have been several times where Inoda insulted Kirito and called him a loser, and Asuna agreed with that. There are 2 options here - either Asuna doesn't care that Inoda insults Kirito, or Asuna doesn't understand what she says or does during sex.
