i've just finished playing the new update and it was kinda short but amazing as always. I don't understand people complaining about the story development, it's a porn game. And a well done one.

No matter how good your ideas are, it's worth saying that it's unlikely Fujino will do something like this. For one simple reason, Fujino's SAO is just a fan service. If you remove all names, places, and events, what remains is a rather mediocre, cliched NTR game (Saikey will do just that in the future) with a lot of holes in the plot, unstable character development, and a radical change in behavior and characters to suit the content.

At the moment, Fujino is most likely doing exactly what is needed in the game for a lazy ending in his own instastyle - he completely destroys all the elements of the SAO canon. Memory modification, bracelets, costumes, Yui (completely different from the original, a cheat tool for Inoda), disappearing characters who will return later and their behavior will be changed "magically"(we are waiting for Kyoko to appear and how "magically" she will get into Inoda's harem). This is no longer Asuna, no longer Kirito, no longer Yui, and all that remains for Fujino to do is just come up with a few cliched endings that will have nothing to do with SAO, his canon, or the characters.

In short, Fujino just played with the SAO fans, attracted some audience, and now he can just do whatever he wants, without paying attention to the names of his characters or their images from the past. So, there's no point in Fujino making Asuna (great again) look like herself, putting Kirito's brain back in his head, and killing Inoda or putting him in jail. I think that explains why Asuna is so stupid and malleable, while Kirito is blind and deaf. Just because if he had used real SAO characters, he simply would not have been able to cope with such a deep and complex fall of a character like Asuna and the elaboration of characters who have a brain - imagine if Kirito had paid attention to any little things and treated Asuna very carefully, noticing the slightest changes in her behavior.
Not... Fujino just couldn't have done it.

The sad part is I know you're right. Most likely the game will have a Kirito harem ending where he ends up with Sugu and Sinon (and maybe Liz?), a Inoda Harem ending where he just ends up with everyone, and/or a ending where Inoda and Asuna end up doing what they currently are for the rest of time, where Inoda becomes Asuna's 'main' guy (Already has a long time ago imo, even if the Affection stats don't reflect that.) and she just lies to Kirito and bangs Inoda behind his back forever. Maybe a 'good' ending where Inoda moves away and Asuna and Kirito stay together, but Asuna resents Kirito and misses Inoda. Generic NTR endings.

And yeah, the entire identity of SAO is pretty much rewritten now, nobody behaves like themselves anymore, not Sugu, Sinon, Asuna, Kirito, Liz, Kyoko, Yui, Agil or Alice. The only character that still even remotely resembles the actual original material is Klein, as funny as that is. The reason I'm hoping for a turn isn't necessarily to do with the fact that it's SAO, it's that the writing of the game used to be good in the first place. There were a bunch of fun and interesting moving parts, character dynamics, changes and conflicts. For instance, Kirito was actually getting suspicious, getting nervous, questioning things etc. He was paying attention to Asuna and the small changes in her personality and behavior. I feel like Kirito from the start of Part Two would have been on a bus to Osaka about the fact that Asuna and Inoda just so happens to disappear at the same time, and now he's seeing Inoda mess around with his red-headed 'cousin' and Asuna is acting weird on the phone. Now he doesn't question shit, even when Sugu and Liz directly hint at something between Asuna and Inoda. To me it legitimately felt like through Part One and most of Part Two that the game didn't just want to give you fanservice, sex scenes, and something basic to fap to, but a genuine story, conflicts, drama, interesting plot points and unexpected twists. It felt like Fujino actually wanted the game and story to be good. And now it does feel like Fuji has just kinda gotten... lazy? Bored? or over it? Now it does just feel like a bland Generic NTR game. The 'descent' still has to happen with Administrator, whatever that will be, so hey, maybe interesting stuff does start happening again and the story does get better... or maybe you're right and the rest of the game, and the rest of the updates will just feel kinda... meh. Uninspired. Generic. And as much as I'm hoping for some good stuff... I think you'll be the one who's right.

I’m confused because Asuna agrees to unprotected sex with that pig too quickly.
I hope next update fills us in a little on more that happened during the last night in quarantine and on the trip back home. To me it seemed like she was riled up and excited to have raw sex. Where at the last scenes we scene she was only thinking about it a little.

Don't forget that it's not that Asuna anymore, but Asuna with the "altered memory". In the latest update, when you control Asuna's character walking around the hotel room, he comments on things. Asuna comes up to the laundry basket, as far as I remember, and says - "that these are Inoda's dirty clothes, and it's like she went back 2 years to Aincrad". Although, in fact, this did not happen at all. So, it's not surprising that Asuna agrees to whatever Inoda wants, because their relationships have changed dramatically.

I made a somewhat similar post a few pages back but I need to rant again. Yeah bro things really need to pick up in terms of the story.
If it's just gonna be more 'Oh look, Asuna and Inoda are fucking behind Kirito's back and Asuna is allowing more and more things', then what was the point of the story thus far? From part one the entire premise was that Asuna isn't a slut (quite the opposite) and that she doesn't want to cheat on Kirito, yet things happened, she got manipulated, raped and taken advantage of and now she's in this predicament, struggling with her values, guilt and her own inner and outer conflicts. That used to be the plot and it made the game interesting cause it had some unexpected moments and developments.

Now... she's just a mindless sex drone not saying no to anything, barely any hesitation, no guilt, barely thinking about Kirito (if at all). When Oberon and Shadow Fox were discussing the technology, they said that the memories could be changed, but the values of the person and who they are could not be changed... it's the same tech that affected Asuna, and even though memory wise she now believes that she had been fucking Inoda throughout all of SAO, that he was her first and that he's secretly been Yui's father all along, I still feel like the things she's doing goes absolutely against who she is. I have 43 hours played in part two alone, not one line of dialogue skipped, and that's because I genuinely loved the story and all the moving parts in it, but honestly it's been very bland and boring for a while now. Honestly since the hotel quarantine started, maybe even a little before that. Asuna had rules. No kissing for example, but then Inoda would just kiss her anyway and she wouldn't even lose Affection points and wouldn't stop him. Why? No IRL stuff, only in-game relief, and then we see them watching the show together and he's groping her and she just... lets him? Doesn't even say no? Why? How did that happen? And then, she agrees to IRL anal, which was completely out of the blue, has irl sex with him and then, pre-memory rewrite, becomes Inoda's whore for the quarantine time... HUH!? And there was still a drop of intrigue because of the whole 'this is the last time, when quarantine is done, we part ways forever' thing, and that just vanished. And post-memory wipe there has just been absolutely nothing here outside of just fapping. No more conflict, no more nothing. Just sex scenes, every day, nothing off the table now.

It can still be saved... there are still a lot of moving parts that can make things interesting again. Kyoka (Who just dissapeared btw) can find out about Inoda and Asuna and intervene, cause she has been serious about Asuna throughout everything. Liz, still pissed about the rape can fuck shit up. Sugu and Sinon can expose everything. Administrator said that Yui would be the one to turn everything upside down... Maybe in tweaking her, Kirito restores her original memories from his own mind, and she just blows everything wide open... exposes all the truths, restores Asuna's memories, shows Asuna all Inoda's interventions, lies and manipulations, just turning Asuna back into, well... Asuna. That would be cool, seeing all the perks pop up on the screen like they have all game long as they have upgraded, and having them revert back to lvl one or zero one by one. Point is, I think we are definitely nearing the end, and I think some drastic story stuff need to start happening. I think it's about time Kirito learns the truth, Asuna reflects on herself and all that happened, and all the other characters play their parts as well. Also, this is my fanfic wish, I hope there is an ending where Inoda fucking dies or gets locked up for life. I know Administrator said there wouldn't be a happy ending 'but you never know', and I hope Fuji is just fucking with us and gets us that happy ending. That would be dope.
I feel like your 43 hours of game time alone should explain a lot of what you're complaining about? Why is she just letting Inoda do the things he does? Well as your real life game time has pointed out, a lot of fucking time has passed where she's slowly letting more and more things happen. There's many times where she makes excuses, but also many times where she just gives up because of how persistent Inoda is. One basic explanation is that the stuff that happens in FOG overall will affect the mind, and it shows that she's just getting more and more used to Inoda's actions that she's not capable of realizing what her rules are anymore.

If you're talking about how she's becoming a mindless sex drone; is that not one of the potential end result of NTRs?

In regards to story ideas, I don't know why Asuna would reflect on her actions at all when this is an NTR game. But Kirito learning about the truth? At some point it may or may not happen, but I don't see why this matters to anybody. The only people that seem to care about Kirito learning the truth seem to have some kind massive copium hope that there's going to be an ending where Asuna and Inoda get screwed over. It sounds unlikely, but if it happens, it'll be funny to me at least.

Not saying she wouldn't agree to it, but saying she was a lot more for it when they got off the train like let go let go let go. I still think we might get a pov of the final night or the train ride back leading to the kirito calling outside her outside

You can kind of infer what happened last night from the dialogue and some of the camera POV scenes. Inoda bangs her inbetween hanging out with Yui, but eventually Asuna after doing all this work for Inoda, and having sex a few times, is just too tired. She also ends up wanting to avoid Kirito so she plans on an earlier train, so they both go to bed early. The last thing they did was Asuna giving Inoda a blowjob and it didn't look like he got satisfied yet, so now they're at the apartment, banging around the corner.

Blowjob was the first thing in the morning, then he banged her later when she was doing yoga

ah I was talkin about the day before travel back
If talking about the day before traveling back then yeah, there's a blow job, a sofa sex scene, and a yoga sex scene. The sofa and yoga one can be viewed by the monitoring thing in the recollection room, if you wanna see it again. But yeah, Inoda and Asuna did that throughout the day, and Asuna was also working on the letter and papers for Inoda. So basically she's tired and they needed to get up early. If you're wondering if they did anything before going to bed, I think they didn't, since the "0 days until end of quarantine" just had them sleeping, unlike the "1 day until end of quarantine" where they were banging throughout the night.

I'd like to add a bit more.

Remember in SAO canon Kirito is a single player? He is a solo, surviving on his own, not in a team, with no teammates.

So allow me to ask: What is the most important skill for a solo player in a death game?

In my opinion, it is the skill to collect intelligence, analyze information, predict possible issues, and make comprehensive plans.

Without this skill, no one can survive in a death game, even with strong power.

I think this is why people are uncomfortable with this "Kirito" in the Fujino Universe: Being deaf, blind, ignorant, rash, credulous, dumb, manipulated, believing himself having hallucinations. If Kirito had any one of these personalities, he would not have survived the SAO game.

As far as I remember, Kirito actually received some observation skills as rewards for quests at the start of the game, but later Fujino apparently forgot about them. Although, they probably couldn’t have helped against Inoda’s ability anyway.

Perhaps Fujino had planned for Kirito to be able to partially see through Inoda's invisibility, but only shadows or blurred images. But it seems he changed his mind, because it's too complicated and there are a lot of different variations of scenes to do.
And Kirito should be suspicious at such times, because it's very strange -

"The three of us are here. Me, Asuna, and Inoda. If I'm standing here, who's Inoda fucking in that shadow.... Hmm, where's Asuna?"

Another plot element that Fujino threw out due to lazy writing. Apparently, a silent, blind, deaf camera on legs (Kirito) is what Fujino needs.

I don't remember what the observation thing was, but I do remember during one of the battle updates that Kirito gets an upgrade where his observation and skills are better against the opponent/enemies. The trade off though was that he would be less aware of his surroundings, so y'know, Inoda gets even more freedom to bang Asuna.

In the previous update inoda asked asuna to do it raw and she refused but inoda said somthing like "if we had morning after pill" and she started to think about getting the pills.

Well, in that case, it's more logical. Just another lucky event for Inoda. As if it could be any other way...
