About the messages on the phone he got suspcious because all were deleted, the photos i think he said he never saw any of those so they were probably nudes that Asuna toke it to send to Inoda.

About Liz she did told him, but he chose not to believe in her (cope) and came up with a excuse for Asuna, but in his mind before that he was suspcious about her.

Well that depends how you define awareness, in this scenario he does have solid proof no, but he does have enough to make him suspcious and angry with her that he even followed her to the school.
Liz yeah he did had reasons not to believe in her, but she was the first one to tell him the truth now if you add this to his previous suspicions, phone, school, late meating, Inoda call, he know just don't want to believe.

You're right, not that Fujino was tired, but he needed to insert some tension in the main story somehow because the plot was stale, but yet again he come up with a fucked up hentai logic to avoid conflit and drag the story further.

One problem I have with the game now is I can't tell which BS Fujino is using to justify things. Before I would just say "Administrator did it!". But now with Yui, every little things that don't make sense I now have to think "Did Administrator do it or Yui did it?". I don't want to think if when Kirito looked at Asuna's phone did Yui hide all the Inoda clues? I don't want to think did Yui some how give Inoda his invisibility powers IRL since you can clearly Asuna's phone with Yui in it on the floor during the scene? I missed the time when I can see inconsistences in games and just say it was bad writing. Now whenever something unbelievable happens I have to think if ONE OF TWO cheat characters in the game made it happen. My dick not my head is suppose to hurt when playing this game.

We assume, that Administrator doesn't know about Yui, right? I don't think that Real True Goddess would be really that blind? I think she knows everything what is happening. Hmn, now when i think of it closer, it doesn't even should matter for her which path Player takes. She is gonna get what she wants - a lot of human affairs.
I am clueless on other subjects.

Well this happens when authors got stuck in the writing, they tend to insert plot devices to justify conviniences or bend logic.
In this case in particular i think is safe to say from now on will be Yui doing the cheating code, all the time anything happen now Asuna's phone will be ever present, and in FOG Yui will do everything for her "daddy" even sharing him with mama.
I think people had complained so muck about the admin, that Fujino did swap her with someone who can be fucked at least.
