True. But it's also, as you pointed out, porn vs reality. In modern porn everything is trim or gone to make dicks look bigger and to make it easier to see key details. So long as people recall that porn isn't reality then we're golden.

In reality (in my personal experience) if a woman is single-and-looking she's keeping everything but her pubes shaved as the vast majority of men hate hairy pits & legs on women, and keeps her pubes neatly trimmed. If married women will go longer between landscaping but will still landscape as it makes them feel more attractive. The same if they're single and not looking.
