it's finished when v1.0 comes out stating it's 100% complete as of now the game is 11% complete. That's what the first two numbers on the patch version mean ( v.11121 )

Nope. With the way the story is set up the idea that any female character introduced so far, specifically the local milf, could be the MC's mother is basically impossible. It's a Genesis Order situation where the milf has a clearly defined relationship with other characters in a way that would preclude her being related to the MC. If an incest patch was to be added it would require a lot more work than simply altering the script since it would render a large part of the story completely moot.
