Since you have a dialog train going I'll say that, I have played all of your other games at this point ,even the ones where my personal fetishes don't align, because I like your writing style and world building.
I've finished about 80% of v1.0 and would just rather wait for a couple of updates rather than coming back for every update, because I know that this will be a good game.
As far as AI goes, while there are a couple times where I noticed some glitches/oddities, I think that it looks fine. Probably because you've used one artist, the style across all the characters isn't jarring and most likely using furry characters helps to hide those incongruities better.
Also straight up if you can build a good game and you want AI art as visual, I think you have gone out of your way to be as good faith and upfront about as possible.
Nice feedback, thank you! I think taking a longer break is a good, healthy mindset. Hopefully I'll have plenty of content available for you when you come back!
Hello, I am unsure if I mishandled installing v1.2 but with the PNG version at least, the magazines appear to be repeating the cover of their respective characters. I know the patch itself is outdated at this point however.
Hmm, even with the v1.2 patch? That's annoying. The bug is being caused by my magazine page script trying to generate new pages, but failing on specific characters (angelica, bluebell, and cayenne) because their magazine files are named differently.
Maybe there's a second issue I missed. Either way, it'll be fixed in the next version.
Oh I didn't meant anything bad. What I meant by "Pass" is "Pass" as in "Passable" or "Good".
No worries! I was just responding with a fun fact.
Still, I do look forwards to improving even more in the future. The game would look a lot worse if I had stopped trying to improve the look of the game at any of the previous milestones I hit.
While I don't mind the use of AI images in this game(since the alternative is porn gifs) the AI images do seem to be quite contrasting is the character proportions.
I agree, basically when training the AI I added reference images for the cast so they could be generated more consistently. But at its very best AI is really only good enough to get you to 95% perfect. Every time something will be off, the outlines might have some burnt sienna mixed in for some reason, digit counts will be wrong, fur color will be off, etc.
To avoid driving myself insane for perfection I prioritized getting eye quality and fur patterns correct, I end up not sweating the proportions as much because due to the variety of positions, body porportion issues are easier to miss than a character's hairstyle being wrong or the number of fingers being off.
It might be nice to see interactions between NPCs during different actions when fishing, gathering and insect hunting, of course sexual interactions
I really really want to do stuff like that, but the tool I'd need to use to get multiple characters in the same shot is called regional prompting, and it doesn't work with the workflow I use for the game's furry art. This means having multiple characters in a scene will be saved for special circumstances, like a threesome with the foxes.
No, when clicking on a magazine and attempting to view any of the included pics it's just the cover several times when I scroll
Wait, just for the first magazines (the ones depicting Angelica, Bluebell, and Cayenne), or all the magazines? The only ones I've seen people mention issues with are the first ones.
game was okay-ish. kind of like a collectathon. had some bugs where finished puzzles would reset. aside that a quest log of some kind would be helpful. the achievements kind of help for objective information but having specific details is nice. its very short and a big note is that the full cast is not available. what is here is pretty bare bones. Lots of lewd pictures of random stuff but very few scenes with the few characters that are in. one thing I would like is a better view of the coins collection. Worth letting it bake for a while I say. Good luck dev.
Thank you! I'll keep cooking.
Finished puzzles resetting is weird. I specifically coded the game to save after every puzzle, and the game autosaves when you move between areas.
Maybe I should make the achievement text update over time. That'd certainly help if anyone gets stuck on stuff.
I actually have coded the ability to make coins larger and smaller, but CSS is really weird and makes things go whacky for reasons beyond my understanding. I'll take another crack at it so people can have more fun with the coins.
