As rudely responded by the previous troll, it will be awhile. The intent stated by the developer in their FAQ on their discord is to finish the main first storyline before delving into the NTR and "Frienship" (sharing) paths. Well, there may be some of us who have that quest memorized inside and out - but, to help yourself out:
- There's a Taffy Tales Walkthrough web page - just use your favorite web search engine to search for those three words, or
- Search the thread here using the search box in the upper right corner of any page, using words that you think might lead you to the right post, or
- Wait for the update coming out "soon" because all the current quests are getting tweaked for dialogues, descriptions, content, and hints

Well "MC just went to her room 3 nights straight" is kind of vague if someone doesn't have the quest memorized ... what was the last thing on the walkthrough page of Mary's quest (or anyone's question) did you complete before this happened?
Have you tried youtube videos? - there's a shitton of playthrough videos on youtube and adult video sites. As you can see, it's been 90 minutes since you asked and normally this thread is hopping if someone can help.
