No one really knows. Not even the developer. Right now, the developer is focused on making a version to submit for consideration by Valve for Steam listing. That version is only "Season 1" (whatever that is - but it's about 1/4th of v0.89.8). If they get on Steam, they will then work on a Steam version for Season 2, and so forth. At least that appears to be the plan this month. Next month, it could completely change.
No, and people should get used to that idea.

We just wanted to check in to say things are continuing to go steadily, we're making great strides on improving the game in every way, and we're very satisfied with the progress made so far!
In addition to the huge amount of reworked content being undertaken, we want to confirm that season 1 will now have new, exciting, routes for both Mary and Tiffany. That's bound to make season 1 even more exciting than it already is!

Yeah when did she start wearing jeans lol. The last three previews have been completely different characters due to the egregious AI use. The project was pushing it the past 3 updates with the AI use but if these are the best previews they can show, I worry for the future.
Well at least she looks better than whatever that cursed Clara AI preview the last time was.....
Much better than the last preview, kinda hope its ntr and not yuri between mary and tifanny, but still hoping for the best

Well it looks better than that Clara CG, that's something in the right direction I suppose. More Tiffany and Mary it's always good and appreciated, it seems they will either add NTR in season 1 or expand/add more scenes to the current route. Either way, approved, finally some more Tiffany.
