In the previous update you can change protagonist to a female. Then go back to the male base on the task you need to accomplish.

Why this game still has no working same system so you could continue where you left off? I have not completely finished the last update so I would need to start again from scratch.
Orrrrr just use the save code to start at the beginning of the new update.
I'm stuck at 99.5% and did everything but the last scene was telling clara "soon" as she wanted something. Is there anything more to do?
