For now there is only one rout so yes, but that is part of his charm! The upcoming update may change things a little but I would not expect Beta MC until the NTR rout is inserted into the game which is supposed to be once the mainrout(current rout) is finished.

For me Priscilla, Becca , If Ryoko becomes one of Reds girls she will probably move up my ranks, Not sure what to think of Steph yet and waiting on Tiffany both of them could move up too, The milfs are all kind of equal to me so far but if I had to choose my fav milf probably Mary she has that innocent thing going and that thic ass

1. quite a lot
2.it is worth it to me, kind of a subjective thing you know.
3.no you don't have to play those unless you want to not playing them first will not take away from the game
4. about half way or so
5 As of right now it has no NTR rout , it will be separate rout and totally avoidable if you want. The choice descriptions are very clear so avoiding or going down that rout will be obvious same goes for Trap content , no one knows what the update coming soon will bring but in the past they had said they would finish the non NTR rout first so presently there really is very little of it I have read there is one scene don't know what it is did not play that part, there is some Trap content currently not sure how much I did not play that part my self.
