Whenever I launched the .exe my antivirus would stop and quarantine it. Imma try to whitelist if that doesn't work I'll do the emulator. If all is lost I might try running it as an administrator. Thanks for the help though really appreciate it!

Are you asking about folders? Just create them. Or launch the game, then the game will create them automatically. If you can't find the AppData folder, because it's a hidden folder. You need to change visibility it in Windows' settings. Or just press win+r and write "appdata".

Finally got my laptop fixed and can play this. I heard this was supposed to be a younger asagi so I assumed it took place before the events of Taimanin Asagi 1 but now I'm confused because the beginning completely offsets that. Can someone explain the deal here?

Oh, It's kind of like a soft reboot. The events take place after TA3 bad ending, where Asagi became a vampire. Old world have been rebooted because of Edwin's death. Now Dark world and Human world are fused and demons are more common. This world is officially called "New World". It works on his own continuity with dates, ages and events shifted or changed.
