I have been playing in Android and i couldn't able to load and in the new version it pop like there no saves and you have to complete the first version

I'm playing on Android with no issues. What do you mean by "the first version"? Are you referring to Season 1 or just to the previous update?

There's 3 Seasons planned, and we've not quite finished Season 2 (though are getting close). So definitely not completed yet.

Perverteer's other game, however, is completed.

click start and then game shows your "permanent" saves and you choose which to load.

I had that bug too.
I booted S1 up again, loaded my final save and made another one and then it worked.

It didn't work for me. First I tried with old S1, and then I downloaded S1 again and tried again. Still didn't work

Yeah, in this release everything is mostly concentrated in one scene, albeit with many variations. And although it's good, so much time and effort has been put into it, and the plot has barely progressed... it's a bit sad.
