Did you save when it said SAVE NOW? If not, your saves will not show up or work.
Weird how the Raena scene contains forced anal content instead of offering a choice, when there's so many other choices.

Why is my sister Lilly who I have a sexual relationship with grossed out and unsupportive of my sexual relationship with my other sister Eva? I would understand if she was upset that I was banging another girl but she's not, she's upset because I have a relationship with my other sister, and says that it's wrong and she'll never support it. It makes absolutely no sense, is she supposed to just be a hypocrite?

Raene asks you separately. If that happens regardless of that choice it then it's a bug and should be reported as such.

My bad, checked the script and it's actually based on your Ep17 Raene choice, not Ziv (there was some dialogue based on your Ziv bottom choice that popped up as a conditional in URM which must have thrown off my memory). In either case, you don't get a new choice for it in Ep21.
Note that this doesn't bother me, just pointing it out.

Both ask you separately at some point, so if a player gets an unwanted anal on MC scene then it's a bug OR they made that choice and forgot about it.

Yup. Like I edited in the quoted post just now, there was some conditional dialogue in the Raene scene based on your earlier Ziv bottom choice that threw off my memory for a second since it popped up as a branch in URM.

I have a separate save with Ziv romance only, but Vess shows up saying we are in a relationship and she asks me if I would break up with Ziv for her. Again, this was a save where I rejected every character except for Ziv, dunno if anyone else is having this particular issue.

I don't know if it is worth for you to play now and to be blunt I neither care.
No, I haven't had trouble with, if you have the only the first 0.12.x version had some issue. If you used the later ones then their is no issue at all - at least as far as I know.
