That sounds like you did it wrong. The beginning should state that Eva and Lilly are Camran's younger sisters.

I believe there is a post here from developer that for her and Ziv it is a bug and will fix in next update. You can post it here so he see it. Just put possible bug on Raene that you not romancing her, snip it or screen shot it and put in spoiler if you want

It's too bad. I'm in the true female camp also. But you never get everything you like in a game, and it's not a game killer or anything.
