It's strictly up to the player. Personally, my MC has a friendly but non-sexual relationship with both Raene and Ziv.
It's all up to you as the player how your MC interacts with them.

Would someone mind explaining in detail where to drop the multimod files? I know it says "Unzip the mod and put the folder named "game" from the mod into your "TFTUV-***-Extra Scenes Edition (PC)" folder." The issue I'm having is that I'm unsure if I put the contents of the mod file into the TFTUV file labeled game or drop the whole thing to the TFTUV folder where there is already a file labeled game.

The latter. That will overwrite the contents of the game folder with the contents of the mod.

In the latest update a line from the developer itself say that "Episode 23 has some juicy bits, including a threesome with Eva, Lilly and Aven.", so we either go toward necrophilia or we can expect a very fast "return"
can someone help me? I tried using the taboo patch for here and TFTUV and neither seem to work since he updated both games on steam.

I would say the later, but that is just my guess as, I assume (as I know Patreon and Subscribestar ToS forbade it, I don't know the others).
