Why have I Ziv romance/sex options in the Choices description of Season 1 and 2, like if it happened, if I never romanced or had sex with her?

In episode 4 I rejected her:

In episode 10 I didn't this (I couldn't, since I rejected her in episode 4):

In Episode 14 I didn't this (I couldn't, since I rejected her in episode 4):

Her relationship status is correct though:

I just started Season 3 but I really don't want to see sex content with her, this is some kind of bug but I want to know if this game considers those were my actual choices so I would be shown her content in the future.

I found this written in the game console after just starting Season 3:

I never, ever romanced, had sex or told any truth to her about my (straight) love life.

My enjoyment took a blow now that I read my character sucked some dick that I never agreed to lol first time ever I found something like this and this sucks big balls.

Well, if you would have searched before, writing a whole page, you would have seen that they are some bugs in this update regarding various romantic/pregnant choice...

I have 2 questions, just to make sure I am not missing anything:
1. Currently there is now way to have both Lilly and Aven pregnant, right? It's one or the other..
2. I have a save when Vess was on Slave route, but in the first episode of S3 her dialogues were the same on both routes, and both indicates Love path. Is this intended?

You can have both pregnant in my playtrouth are officially all sisters and the mom pregnant.

1.In my playthrough, where I focused only on Nadia, Lily, Eva, and Aven, I got everyone pregnant except Lily. As I understand it to trigger her event, you need to get certain scenes, and to do that, you must at least be in a romance with Celine

Don't worry for my mental health, just knowing I upset the resident bitter edgelords here is enough for me to heal from having read wrong content.

How is it helpful to intimidate forum users from reporting important bugs in the game is something I can't understand though, but I'm not bitter nor an edgelord so...
