Check the quest log, just to be sure.
There you'll get tips.
For example, if you learned about their anatomy, it'll show up on the quest log, so that's when you go talk with the madame, and everything follows from there.

Note:
the latest version is bugged crazy.
It has a lot of problems with old saves.

Short answer: Vaginas.
Longer answer: The inherent concept is radically different. Futa is: take a chick, add a dick. Trap is: take a dude, make him look feminine. It's a convergent evolution of fetishes- just because two animals/fetishes look similar to the layman doesn't mean they're related. I mean, considering this game has monster girls/traps, you could easily argue that if you're having sex with the part of the centaur BELOW the waist, it's not that different from beastiality. Which I would also disagree with to a GREAT extent.
OF COURSE, whether or not this makes a difference to someone can make the difference between liking both and liking only one. I like futa because, conceptually, it takes straight sex and replaces the guy, who I find as sexually stimulating as a chair, with a hot chick. I totally understand you. One of the things that sometimes bum me out on this game is when there are too many references to man/boy in the descriptions

i lost all my scenes and idk what edit in the saves ... i have only one save but appears 9 saves what i do?

Does anyone know how to take in-game screenshots? I've tried the PrtSc button (on Windows 10) and it just takes a screenshot of what's running aside from the game. I've tried the Xbox game bar and a few apps, but nothing's worked for me so far :/ If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it. Thanks! :D

*Edit, nevermind. I used to be able to take fullscreen shots but now I just made it windowed, took em, and cropped em

There is but there are not much of them. I can only remember like 3 characters who is clearly a women. There might be more since I didn't explore all content but anyway there are times more futas.

I'm glad I saw this comment and read through it. You absolutely nailed it. Seeing a guy in porn is a turn off for me. 100 to 0 so fast. Easy solution - replace the guy with a futa. Unfortunately there are no futa's in real life. Try all possible scenes. As long as there is no real game over in a new version (enable cheats in menu to be sure) - you can go to any scene after loosing a fight. Just repeat the same foe encounter.
Not all scenes also are triggered when you win a fight. There are many scenes after you lose fights...
Scenes also are dependable of your charater stats, perks...
To view possible scenes you could download scene guide from page 1.
