Story mode has a bunch of unique scenes (the wasp and angel scenes in particular are super hot imo, much more than their freemode counterparts); but Free Mode has far more in general, and still has quests to do and objectives to try to reach. I think most people play freemode more and do story from time to time or to see specific scenes.

It appears when you have her as a companion, but aren't her slave. Initiate her scene in the camp and go visit her instead of signaling her.
Keep in mind , this art doesn't propagate to other scenes - they use the old clothed art (at least for now)

This time we've got new outfits for Urka - a domme outfit, and her very own birthday suit - Urka in the nude! We've also added some new scenes where they're featured in the Town of Monsters with her, and we've updated the Manor music while you're there. It's in the tweaks section of the changelog, but we've started on story mode, just going through it and making edits here and there as we get ready for all the new stuff that'll be added.

We also fixed a few small issues here and there, which is always nice. Next up, we've got the Dullahan Oral art, some more Urka content, some new SFX and SFX load time improvements, and new story mode encounters!
