He comes by twice*. Dialogue is different, but the possible sex scenes are the same (so you can see both scenes by proposing different beds for his two visits).

As Tosk and Archdevil were saying above, interspecies pregnancies will only become possible in Chapter 4. And Tara needs to be pregnant to reach the end of Chapter 2.
An animation wasn't playing properly in the "Cuddling with Dan"-scene. Other than that, just a few non-critical typos.

Well, if Tara doesn't get pregnant from either her son or her father in Chapter 2, then the conditions for triggering Chapter 2 Epilogue are never satisfied. The playthrough will be stuck in Chapter 2, and thus never reach Chapter 4 (where interspecies pregnancy becomes possible). Tara will also be unable to convince Agatha to give in to her son if she doesn't get pregnant.Thanks for reporting this. Fixed for 0.08.

I'm going to sound kind of harsh here, but I promise there's no malice behind this.
Using SKYRIM to make a game doesn't scream creative or inspired to me. If you're gonna use SKYRIM screenshots to create scenes... at least use a decent ENB and Hi-res textures, just saying.
Do you mean that the tags should be there because the content is in the game, or do you mean that you'd want the game to have the content?
