Just a quick question, after 5 minutes I realise that I'm playing a total idiot once again. Why ???? is there a chance that I will not get fooled, abused, fucked and left with a stool and a rope after a while?

My advice: download the mod, extract it and open the file script.rpy or main.rpy with a text editor. There are all the game dialogs in it so you can get a "feeling" for the game without playing.

But for me the dialogs are actually the better part of the game, imo funny to read. But that's of course my personal opinion.

I also found this was a short update and it ended exactly as you did. I find it is a fun light hearted and non thinking game so I understand Kukipett comment above. It is not the best and certainly not the worst game here.

So just a bit of constructive feedback, you need to work on Sara's model a bit. There's quite a bit off with it. First of all the neck is way too long and a bit too thick. It makes her look like a giraffe at the moment. Her breasts are also way too low. She's has a smaller chest so the breasts should naturally be higher on the chest. Her torso also looks to be quite long.
