Assuming these are the "movie night" achievements then no, not naturally--that's why they're persistent between saves. You can use the console to jump to the scene, I believe the command is jump watch_singstar_finale.

For me it's writing by far, but I may take that part more seriously than other devs. I try really hard not to just throw out some porno plot, make a few renders and call it a day. Oh, and animating. That takes a long time too, mostly because DAZ sucks for animating (rendering animations obviously takes a very long time too but that's something I can just set to run overnight so it's usually not that big of a deal). I'm working on other solutions for animation.
