I do agree with both of you. Even though it might be shit, you cant complain that it sucked since it was free.

Still a little bit buggy every now and then, I'll keep note of what I find here as a wip.
- Wife is dressed in bed in the morning, you pull back the covers and suddenly she's naked.
- What happend to FES face when she gives you the show with the clothes? It's completely different, especially the eyes.
- Stats don't seem to reset even though I deleted everything I could find related to old saves
- Just my opinion, but the black duck face is horrible and is in dire need of a make over.
- I was able to give FES the ephone x like three times already, this should be revised. Additionally if you give her the phone while the wife is also in the living room the background will just fade to black.
- For whatever reason there are still placeholders during the wife + wine scene.
- When FES comes back after the bathroom break during the movie she wears a sweater and later she wears just her tank top again.
- Parent-Teacher thing went to hell or something, at least it didn't pop up for me.
- Items don't deplete
- Shopping is pretty much dead, I didn't get the prompt to buy new shoes, the dress for FES or anything else at all. EDIT: Ok, dress shopping is there, but the renders are missing and I have no idea where I'm supposed to buy the dress, nothing pops up on the map.

hmm i am getting the bug where if D/FES is giving you a HJ both buttons (go faster and to kiss her) do the same thing.
i'll try applying the patch and see if that fixes it.
EDIT: yep that was it. apply the patch from Page 1 fellas if you are getting the bug mentioned above.

Nothing quality here.
What I don't like about you telling me to stop posting here if I don't like the game is that it only leaves people who like the game. New people coming to the thread see the overwhelming majority of positive comments and they pledge to the dev. If they see negative comments too they'll think twice.
I'll be fine to stop posting if there was a message right next to the dev's patreon saying that the game actually downgraded in the last 6 months and that it isn't worth a pledge.

New people might like the game in it's current form without knowing that it hasn't moved in 6 months and they pledge hoping for regular updates which are not happening.
It's interesting to see how a lot of people who haven't supported him on Patreon now seem to call him a 'scammer'. I agree with the sentiment that as a whole he has failed with regards to the goals he set but I find a lot of people being needlessly toxic and insulting one another. There's nothing wrong with thinking the games good or thinking the games bad. Lets just be civilised people

I'd disagree, that's a well reasoned post; "I used to be a patron, however he's let me down so many times. Although I can still appreciate his work, I've cancelled my pledge". Not sure how that is white knighting. The "no insults" bit is just a repeat of our rules (rule #1).
Opinions are fine. Negative opinions are fine. Positive opinions are fine. Criticisms are fine. Compliments are fine. Regurgitating the same thing over and over isn't, shit like this:

you can give your opinion on the game, but you can't complain about the consumer/developer relationship, and that's what you are doing

i'm partially disagreeing with the last part of your statement there. deem had stated around when the alpha was in progress that for the short term, he'd proceed with more frequent update schedule to add content (similar to how the game started out in its infancy).
i've mentioned before that doing it this way is a great pathway towards rebuilding some of the trust and credibility lost during that 4 months transition during the Patreon debacle. again, if his patrons have trouble with that, then they'll withdraw their pledges. i don't see how you working overtime to save people from spending their money the way they see fit will change anything.
i've just started the game and there's a new animation after you've established "relations" with D/FES at night. for me that's new from 1.632 and i liked where that was heading.
So, as a total n00b, the drama is way over my head. I have a game question, is the current end of the Meghan storyline finished after you've taken her to the college? Been grinding a while after and don't seem to be getting anywhere. Is there a trigger I'm missing?

If I was the game dev I would for sure feel like I was scamming everyone. I mean the subtle delays of 2.0 releasing it 2 hours before his next patreon payday, genius. apparently there is a chain where you can invite her over to your house. you'd have to figure out how to get rid of the wife and D/FES (it was rumored earlier in the thread that you need show/concert tickets in order to get the house to yourself).
sadly i have not made it there yet, otherwise i'd provide a save to help.
So I say the game is not good and then leave and the comment gets buried under the sea of people who are praising the developer. I'm pretty sure we wouldn't be having this discussion if I were on the other side of the spectrum, meaning very positive and replying to every bad comment saying how amazing it is.
Overly positive comments are seen as less toxic. There needs to be a balance otherwise you only have people who stroke eachother.
The game is in an unfinished state so reviews also include how fast it's progressing.
Is it just one scene with the cheerleader? everything else was in 1.999999999999999999995?

Using Unren to extract the images and animations can help, but there's not a lot new since 1.63 (as frequently discussed here lol), and more has been removed because of Patreon's crackdown.
You can invite Meghan to your house to watch a movie and you get to play a little in the bedroom--that's new content that replaces the "Look over there while I spike your drink--now show me your boobs" haha. There is a new scene with D/FES in bed, some minor new things with Kait, and there's a scene in the alley with "Dotty" that's pretty funny, but mostly it's reworked renders and animations; for example, the Kaitlyn dream is all new and much better. Four months better? Ummm, no. Don't play 2.0 expecting a lot of new events or scenes.
But if Deem keeps "polishing" old stuff rather than moving forward now the game is reset, he's gonna lose what support he still has.
