x32 is just a compatibility version for older 32-bit devices. Unless you're still rocking a Galaxy J6 or something the x64 version will serve you better. Most modern devices are 64-bit or x86_64 which have more memory addresses and can utilize more physical Ram among other performance advantages.

BTW the labels in the OP are wrong. It's x86 not x32, and x86_64 not x64. However I see that it would've cause even more confusion.

You're not understanding the information. Applications in the x64 platform have the capability to utilize more resources, not that they will by default. the x64 platform is also more efficient in how it utilizes the resources. If your operating system is in the x64 platform, it's a better choice to utilize x64 designed applications on it.
