AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\ZAPDDG46\localhost Then you look using the same path that the game is saved in. Once you found them go into the older version and just copy the [TTv212_Save0.sol] into the newest version.

Yes, that's just how it works. Not as if it's hard to just copy the file over every update.

in the romaing folder I get folders like this AX7E6BGX no name and inside them are the saves but the names keep changing so constaly losing saves

Take a screenshot of the folders and paste the path.

Well the path seems right, Try using Snipping Tool to take a screenshot, when you do it copies to the clipboard so you can just paste it into the reply.

So you throw the save in and after you quit it's making you reset from the beginning? Are you sure you're even saving the game because it sounds like you're just quitting out.

Yeah that isn't normal, see if you need to update flash and if it persists take the issue to the dev, they might have a solution for it. For now i'll chuck you my v3.07 save so you can fuck around with that.
