Not sure why people'd meme on "Politics" like it's a bad thing.
Every great media work piece has thorough politics in it, The lord of the the Ring, Baldur's Gate, Elden Ring, *insert whatever phenomenal work here*.
If you want to build an immersive world, you NEED politics cuz it's part of said world.
Tho the key word is "to that world", Not some shoehorned in "modern politics" that's solely the creator's lazy propaganda attempt.

Personally I'd love Meandraco to expand this world of Teraurge, so it's not just fuck stations.
Alien politics are often very interesting cuz there are more possibilities, especially considering species of Teraurge are way more alien than average.

I know that he's drawn up some faction borders stuff in the past:

I want to say I've even seen an updated version of that but can't remember for sure. I think that purple part at the top got more detailed at least, and I know there's been concept pieces for the area. The art I have only runs up to march 2023 since I don't believe the art mega pack has been updated after that. I think there's been a lot of concept pieces for different areas since then from the random times I'd tune in.

This is pretty interesting, haven't seen it before. I know there's a giant ass automated ship that sails around and stops at parts of the continent that I think was supposed to be the way to get to the Muds. It stops at Toadal? You landed on what map screen? I played this months ago and couldnt get past the wall and door in the mountain area... can you get past that?

oh i just meant the map of the peninsula. it was a bit disappointing to see that's all there is to it at the moment, but being used to VNs on here it was already nice to see any free roam at all

Has meandraco even streamed recently? Everything says 2022 still

Honestly, just the confirmation alone that hes working on it still is enough, these things take time
While I'd love to see progress every so often to fuel excitement at least its not complete radio silence

It's a miracle that this circus has been going on for 5+ years already. I wonder how this will all end, with a statement like "the dog ate my homework my hard drive broke and everything related to the game was lost"? If it all ends in banal radio silence, I will be very disappointed.

Yeah, its really disappointing how long this has been radio silent for. I remember when i first came across this years ago and how fucking hyped I was for the next release, which was fairly frequent for a time, then more and more time passed per update to the point where his blog for updates just...stopped getting updates.

I'll be very happy for when/if V3 drops, but at this point i don't wanna give myself hope :(

Honestly there is something so insanely special about this game, no other comes even close. If nothing comes of this I might pick a project up myself as a spiritual successor. I know how to 2D and 3D art to a pretty good standard, just need a little bit of programming knowledge to get me going. I've done projects in unity and unreal so I've got grounds to get going.
I've got some personal life things to finish up but once I have, this is a serious contender for a project. It would just be so hard to capture that special something this game has
No offence to Meandraco, but the pace of progress for a game like this is not something that can sustain a fan base or get a game actually done in the long run.

Perfection is the enemy of progress after all.
