No need for the patch, it comes built into the current build. Patch is from old versions.

It's deactivated by default, so you have to go into the game's options menu and then enable it.

Go look for trash cans with sparkles on them. There's three of them, I think?

I know that there is a pharmacy in this game but not a hospital.
=> if you're feeling lost, check your journal to see what quests you're currently on.

Go look for trash cans with sparkles on them. There's three of them, I think?

What he said ! You need to gather those parts then give them to terry.
You just have to locate all the sparkling spots then check them out to gather the resources.
=> Just one thing, the last part can be found through a narrow hallway.

I would say go to last save point you have before this stuck thing happened and try again with getting the parts. This is an alpha version, so there will be glitches a long the way.

What does your mission log say to do? Have you gone to get the keys to the city? Done the farming quest?
