To get cleanup scene choose to watch Swing or Threesome movie. Next don't allow Martin to enter the bathroom (now Anne will still cheat with Martin only it won't be shown). The last step is to choose to do swinging couple. How do you know Anne is still cheating with Martin if you don't let him into the bathroom? is there some dialogue i missed about that? Also you can actually get the scene on the beach if you meet the swinging couple then decline the invitation to have some wine and let anne go in alone.
